(Luke's hotel room)
"What?!" Drake says outraged. "You've got to be kidding me, you don't have a clue where your father is?!"
Luke jumps up a little bit, because of Drake's temper, even though he is stronger than him.
"Geez dude, you don't have to be yelling everywhere." Luke said.
"Drake, chill down." I said.
"He has to know where his father is," Drake said frustrated. "He's probably lying."
"What?" Luke said shocked. "I am not!" He exclaimed as he folded his arms together.
"Drake, I think he's telling the truth." I said.
"You mean you believe him and his lies?" He asked.
"Drake, we have to believe him." I said, hoping he wouldn't get mad.
"It's really hard to believe him when he tried marrying you against your will." He replied, not making any eye contact with me or Luke.
"That's all in the past, Drake, you've got to let it go." I said as I smoothed him down a bit.
"Okay, Luke, tell us if your father said anything before he left." Drake said as he stared straight into Luke's eyes with sort of a death glare.
"My father did say that he was going to be gone for a while, probably two to three weeks at the most." He said a little scared of Drake.
"Did he say where he'd be?" I decide to ask.
"He said it was business matters, for me to not get my nose in, plus he mentioned about three guys working for him, I think he accidentally said that though, because that's when I found out that they are to kill you." He answered.
"Plus, I know my father had always hated you, he didn't know I had pick you as a bride, until he met you on the day he gave our blessing for our marriage." He pauses, as he is looking down at the carpet.
"I guess he didn't care if you ran away, because he never sent any secret guys to go out and find you. I was pretty mad, until my father told me that I was going to your school, but he used me, he used me so he could get information about you, he also used Vladimir too. But Vladimir told him it isn't his business to know about you, so my father never got the info Vladimir knows about you." He said as he put his right leg over his left, to get more comfortable.
"And that's all I know." He finished.
"Thank you for the information, Luke." I said.
"You're welcome, I'm glad it could help." He says, showing a slight smile.
"Sorry, Luke, I underestimated you." Drake said.
"It's alright, I'm used to the yelling anyway from Vladimir when we fought when we were little." He said. "So it's no big deal, though when my brother yells at me, I jump up in fright, it's always happened to me ever since I can remember."
"Well, I guess we should be going, thanks for the information once again." I said.
"Yeah, we really should be going." Drake said as he looked at his pocket watch, and then he stuffed it back into his pocket. We exit the room and go downstairs to the lobby.
We thank the lady at the front desk again as we're making an exit from the building.
We go back into Drake's car and drive to a nearby restaurant and decide to eat there for lunch.
I get a salad with ranch dressing on top, and Drake gets chicken and rice soup.
It's twelve, it should be rush hour, but I guess it's not because it's pretty quiet and chill in here.
