Society Confuses Me
AN: this one isn't very sad, it's just... interesting
There are something about our society that tickles my brain.
Why do girls need to be skinny to be pretty? Anyone can become skinny, but only the privileged can be curvy.
Why do us girls need to show off our intimate parts to get attention? Shouldn't a guy want a girl with enough decency and self-respect to cover herself? And shouldn't the girl have the self-respect to only want a guy that truly loves her for her personality, for her boobs or butt?
Why do women need to coat themselves in makeup to be pretty? Isn't that like telling your parents that they didn't make you good enough to show your real self? And shouldn't the guy want to see the REAL girl, not her plastic, carbon copy?
Why do we need to "fit in"? Shouldn't we want to be unique so you don't have to stress about being someone else? Why should we have to act to be "cool" when all we need to do is relax and be ourselves. If people don't like you, that's their problem, not yours, if people can't take the real you, they don't deserve you. Don't try to change yourself when you're just fine the way you are.
