Hoseok stood in front of his bathroom mirror, hands on the sides of the sink, staring at himself. Why'd you mess up so much, Hobi? he thought, running a hand over his face, he might still be here if you actually listened. He looked down at the sink half full of water, debating. Jin helped you kick your addiction before, do not go back to it. Jin would be so disappointed in you. Hoseok scoffed, turning on the water to the bathroom sink.
"Jin would be disappointed in you no matter what," he said, mainly to himself, "you had an alcohol and smoking problem before he died, and your probably the reason."
Hoseok looked down at the sink, watching the water fill up more and more. When it was finally filled to the top, he turned off the water, looking at his reflection through it. It was slightly hazy. He ran his hand over it, watching as his face got distorted. He looked up at himself in the mirror again, running a hand through his hair. Don't do it, Hoseok, Jin wouldn't be proud of you. Before Hoseok could have any second thoughts, he opened the medicine cabinet door, grabbing a bottle of pills he never had to use, or in a while at least. Hoseok looked at the bottle of sleeping pills, reading the label. Jung Hoseok, take one pill once a day at night, will help with nightmares and sleepless nights. Hoseok should be taking the pills, but he likes not being able to sleep, and he likes having constant nightmares, at least he doesn't have to go long without thinking about Jin.
He opened the bottle, pouring all of the contents in his hand, some falling out and into the water. Hoseok looked at the pills, counting them all. He came up with a total of nineteen. I don't even know if this the right amount. What if there isn't enough? Before Hoseok could talk himself out of it and drop all of the pills into the water, he took half and put them in his mouth, surprisingly swallowing them all dry. He dropped the rest of the pills into the water, staring at them as the they sunk to the bottom. I think I did the right thing.
Hoseok turned, walking out of his bathroom, grabbing his sweater and shoes from the living room, putting them on quickly and leaving his small apartment. He didn't know where he was going, he just knew he was leaving. He walked around the small town, looking around. The sky was dull, which was typical. Nothing just seemed to be bright anymore. Hoseok didn't realize it was day time out, he had been cooped up in his apartment too much he didn't know what sunlight was anymore.
He eventually made it to the bridge that separated the town from another town, and he continued to walk, starting to feel the sleepiness kick in. Hoseok still kept walking, I'll at least make it to half.
Hoseok was about halfway to the bridge before he felt his eye's closing. He smiled, feeling his body drop down to the ground.
"I'm sorry, hyung."
