me and Chris are at the port, well, now there are just four boys playing football and we're watching them. it's pretty cold and maybe it's because of this if it's empty. it's okay, at least I can smoke a cigarette in peace.

they're all good at football, I remember when I tried to play and I literally failed.

"there is one guy who's looking at you since we came here," Chris says and I stop thinking.

"who?"

"the black haired one," he points at him and I notice that he looked here.

"he's cute."

Chris giggles. "he is."

"stop watching at nothing Phil, we're losing!" another boy yells.

"do you that think his name is Phil?" I ask to Chris who just shrugs. "it's a cute name, too."

"love at first sight?" he asks smiling, I shake my head.

"hey, do you want to play?" the same boy who yelled before yells again, I can feel my cheeks on fire as everyone looks at us.

"yes!" Chris answers excited and goes near them.

"wait, Chris," I say, he turns around and looks at me confused.

"what? it'll be fun."

"I don't even know how to play."

"just watch, then."

I roll my eyes following him, he takes a place in the camp and I sit on a bench watching at them.

"don't you want to come too?" the other boy, Phil, asks.

"I can't play," I answer.

"neither can I, but it's fun," he smiles.

"hey, Phil, we're beginning!"

"alright," he says going away. Chris is really good too, he knows how to play.

it's really creepy the fact that when Phil isn't playing he looks at me, we made eye contact at least ten times in one minute.

how can they don't fall on the ground when someone tries to take the ball? it's so concentrating, and I don't know how they do it.

I think that someone made a goal because everyone is hugging him, I notice that it's Phil. he looks at me again and this time I don't look around but I smile at him.

he says something to the other boy and starts to walk by me. shit, why?

he bites his lip and sits next to me. "hi."

"hi," I say too.

"what's your name?"

"Dan."

"I'm-"

"Phil?" I interrupt him and I notice that I shouldn't do it as it's embarrassing.

"yes," he smiles.

"are you from around here?"

"kinda."

"me too, then why didn't I see you before?"

"I usually don't go out," I answer. wonderful, he will think that I'm asocial.

"sorry if I was staring at you, you're cute."

I think my cheeks are on fire, did he really say that.. I'm cute?

"uh, don't get me wrong," Phil chuckles. "I want to ask you if-"

"guys!" Chris yells. "come here."

Phil shrugs and I follow him. "what's wrong?"

"do you have to go home early?" he asks and Phil shakes his head. "would you mind going to the new club?"

"I don't mind."

I don't like clubs.

"Dan?"

"I don't think I can," I answer. Chris already abandoned me, what a great friend.

"you're fun, we should see each other more," the boy says to Chris. they continue to talk about annoying things so I go away and I turn on another cigarette.

"hey," I hear Phil's voice and I turn around.

"oh, what were you saying before?" I ask.

"can I have your cellphone number?"

it's the first guy in the story of my relationships who asks me for my cellphone number, oh my.

"alright," I smile and I give it to him. he looks happy while he types it on his phone, I want to cry.

"thank you."

"anytime."

"are you going home alone?" he asks.

"yeah, Chris abandoned me."

"I don't really want to go to that club, we can stay together, if you want to," he proposes.

"I think it's a good idea."
