Stay the night

a/n: I have an obsession for trans!dan/phil on their period while the other one is cuddling them, sorry

but I haven't edited this so it's probably bad, don't hate me :(

"hi." Dan smiles when he opens the door, I smile too and I kiss his cheek to greet him.

"hi, how are you?" I ask as we walk in.

"uh, sober but good." he answers and lies on his bed while I just sit there. "do you want something to eat or drink?"

"I already had dinner, I'm okay." I smile and I decide to lie next to him too. he smiles as I hug him and we remain so.

"I was sleeping when you texted me, then I had a nightmare so I woke up and as I'm at house alone I wanted someone here." Dan mumbles holding me closer.

"what did you dream?" I smile caressing his hair.

"someone was trying to kill me!" he says.

"you don't have to worry about it, I mean, you are locked in the house and even windows are closed so I don't think that someone can come and kill you." I notice. "then, I'm here and if someone enters I'll punch them in the face."

"thank you." Dan laughs. "I closed the windows because you know, precaution."

"I know."

"ugh, everything hurts." he blurts and closes his eyes.

"what hurts?"

"everything!" Dan says again making me giggle.

"is it that bad?"

he gives me an annoyed smile and I hug him again. "come on, take some medicines."

"I can't."

"why?"

"I don't have any." he sobs. "and I don't usually take them, so."

"I read from something that cuddles are good and they make you feel better." I say watching into his eyes.

"put on some sad music." he proposes handing me his phone.

"do you follow the playlist 'Life sucks' on Spotify?" I ask making him laugh.

"it's good."

"if you say so," I use the shuffle button and something that I never heard starts to play.

"I love this song."

"I love it too."

he turns around and hugs me. "are you going to stay the night?"

"uh, I don't know." I mumble. I never slept with someone before.

"I'm scared of being alone." Dan says playing with my hoodie. "and you're warm, more than every teddy bear in the world."

"maybe I can." I answer and he smiles. "I have to call my mother and invent something."

"can't you say that you're here?" Dan asks annoyed.

"she hates you." I make him notice taking the phone.

"she has to accept it."

"I know, sh." I say as she answered. "mum, hi."

"why are you still not home?" she asks and seems angry.

"I'll sleep at Chris'." I say and I bite my lip hoping for her to understand.

"alright, be careful." she just says closing the phone, Dan looks at me weirdly and I hug me.

"aren't you happy? I can stay here."

"I am." he says and holds me closer sobbing. "why doesn't she like me?"

"she does, she's just confused I guess." I say caressing his hair with one hand, patting his back with the other. "I do like you, you're amazing."

"thanks." he giggles. "at least you."

"it's already ten." I change the subject.

"you come here at half past nine, it's obvious that time passes." Dan smiles.

"true. does your body still hurts?"

"not that much, just my legs."

"legs?" I ask giggling.

"yes, here!" Dan says pointing down his feet. "and here." he points down his stomach. "and here." he points at his arm.

"okay that's a lot of sobering." I smile caressing his arm. "why does it hurt?"

"because I was trying to take cereals and a Nutella fell on it." he mutters. "fuck, I still haven't eat cereals."

"I don't think it's a good idea to eat them no-"

"take me the cereals, please." he gives me an innocent smile and winks.

I get up literally running at the kitchen, then I take a bowl and I put milk and cereals in it. so I return in his room.

"thank you love." Dan smiles kissing me. "I'll put something on the TV."

after this that's nothing more to tell because we literally stayed all the evening (and half of the night) eating cereals while watching anime, and I had a great time. it was nice to spend some time with him again.
