Riley POV
I was walking my dogs Kenzi and Cass, when I heard a loud splash across the street. The forest was blocking my view from the pool, so I walked over to the forest. I caught a glimpse of the face of a girl that looked around my age. She has sandy blonde hair that goes about to the middle of her back. She started to move toward me, so I hid in the trees for some reason. I noticed that she bumped into someone, and then fell backwards into a tall tree. The girl she bumped into walked away, so I went slowly toward her to investigate. A branch snapped under my feet, and the girl jerked her head my way, and whispered something. I couldn't quite hear what she said, but I could assume that she thought I was a murderer or something of that nature.

I watched, in awe as her finger traced from one star to the next, her hair flowing back slightly, because of the breeze. Her black headband kept her hair from getting stuck in between her eyelashes.
But what was her name? That was all I could think about on the rest of the walk home. I hung up the leash, and got a bite of leftover pepperoni and sausage pizza, and went up to my bed to get some sleep...
