~June 9th, Meadow Area~

"Storm Style, Cloud Cover!" Tatsumaki creating a clouds overhead.

*What is he planning?* Hikari thought as he walked forward.

"Storm Style, Lightning Shower!" Tatsumaki attack with lightning sparks which fused with raindrops.

Hikari was shocked by the pouring rain. *If he keeps this up-I-I don't think I'll win* Hikari thought.

"This sure is a nasty move, you might wanna just throw in the towel. I don't want to hurt you." Tatsumaki said.

Hikari looked up, his gaze was fierce like a lion. "I'm not giving up!" Hikari stood up through the electric rain.

"What?" Tatsumaki was impressed.

"I have a goal, and I'm going to reach it. To find answers, and to be able to do all move on! Challenges separate the strong minded from the weak!" Hikari yelled.

"Yes I agree with that. Tell me, why are you so determined?" Tatsumaki asked.

"I'll tell you the short version to save time. My parents were killed, and I'm trying to find the murderer. I want answers, however I need to get strong, after all...he will be after me very soon." Hikari stated.

"So you want revenge?" Tatsumaki raised an eyebrow.

"I'll decide what I'll do in that moment, but for now...I'll call it justice." Hikari replied.

"Fair enough." Tatsumaki replied.

"Alright well I didn't come hear just to talk!" Hikari said.

"Me neither. Storm Style, Demon Twister!" Tatsumaki sent fierce red winds at Hikari.

Hikari dodged the focused red winds, and came at Tatsumaki from the side.

"Light Style, Luminosity!" Hikari blinded Tatsumaki and jumping into the air.

Hikari fell down from the sky preparing for a punch, but Tatsumaki countered it and punched him into the ground.

Tatsumaki wiped the blood from his nose and mouth. "Guess you aren't as friendly on the battlefield, but I like that. I'll go all out!" Tatsumaki smirked.

"I don't want anything, but your best. I mean I promised Sinha to meet him, and I'm gonna fight him!" Hikari smiled proudly.

Tatsumaki unleashed a green aura. "Storm Style, Emerald Tornado!" Tatsumaki released the energy into a large emerald green tornado.

"So much Nin, how much Nin does he have?" Hikari was in awe.

"Feel my wrath!" Tatsumaki yelled as the tornado swallowed Hikari.

*I can hardly move. The winds won't allow me to even use Nin properly* Hikari panicked, thoughts racing in his head.

The tornado continued to tear apart Hikari. "That took a lot out of me. Hikari, you will not escape this. I'm sorry, but I think it's over." Tatsumaki shouted so Hikari could hear.
