When I woke up, I was in Medical. I started to freak out for what felt like the hundredth time. Johnny rushed over and held my arms down.

"Reagan," he said surprisingly calm. "Reagan, calm down. You're not in trouble."

That made me stop. I wasn't in trouble?

"Why not?" I asked. "I'm violent."

"You're not violent Reagan," said Ryan coming up behind Johnny. "You did what anyone would have wanted to do or would do in your situation. Plus, that was pretty bold. How did you know you could do that?"

"I didn't." I responded shyly. Johnny let go of my arms then, trusting I had calmed down enough, but he kept his hand lightly on my wrist. "It just happened."

Ryan smiled. "Well you gave him a good scare. We got all the information we wanted. Said we bring you back to break the other leg of he didn't talk."

I smiled. I freaked out over nothing. "But that doesn't mean you get to go around breaking anyone's and everyone's legs, kiddo." Johnny added. I nodded sheepishly. "Good." Johnny and Ryan left and the rest of the kids surrounded me, asking about what happened. I answered every question and they stared in awe, wishing they could do that to Jake.

"Or Dr. Forman's face." Added Alexander.

We talked for hours, about nothing really, until Johnny told us to get to bed. We nodded and reluctantly went to bed.

I smiled to myself as I closed my eyes.

For the first time in forever, sleep was not full of nightmares.
