chapter 20

annikas pov.

i woke up Monday morning not as pissed as usual about life. i couldn't get Jake and I's kiss out of my head. it was driving me crazy. but it was perfect.

i got out of bed and turned on my Spotify playlist and picked out my outfit.

i went into my bathroom and brushed my teeth then got dressed in (outfit above) because it was pretty hot outside. i did my hair in a side french braid then did my makeup (winged eyeliner, mascara, and chapstick)

i grabbed my backpack and my phone then went downstairs.

while i was eating my breakfast i scrolled through Instagram and then checked snapchat and twitter. after i finished my cereal i put my bowl in the sink i grabbed my longboard and made my way out the door.

when i FINALLY got to school i went strait to my locker and put my longboard in. i was gonna grab my books but stopped short when my phone buzzed.

Maggie: Jakes staring @ youuu 3 o'clock !!! ;)

i rolled my eyes and turned my head to the side to look in my locker mirror to see Maggie leaned against the locker to my left.

"you know" i said continuing to get books out of my locker not bothering to look her way "you could've just talked to me your right here" i said slamming my locker and facing her.

"too lazy" she says glancing up from her phone for a split second to look at my face before looking right back down at her phone.

"smh" i said leaning againt my locker "smh, kids these days." i say and she shuts off her phone and looks at me rolling her eyes.

"by the way i meant what i said" she commented glancing behind me. i furrowed my eyebrows in confusion and she rolled her eyes AGAIN at me. "what i TEXTED" she corrected. "Jakes staring at you. and probably getting a pretty good view right now." she added at the end chuckling.

i felt the heat traveling up my face and i looked down. Maggie laughed at my and then AGAIN she was on her phone. i mean i cant complain I'm on mine 24/7 also.

i looked up and then slowly turned around to see Jake, who a few seconds ago was obviously checking me out. once my gaze met him his smirk stretched and i blew a kiss at him, quickly turning back to my closed locker and cringing at my stupid action and turning to where Maggie was to be met by nothing.

"fuck" i mutter under my breath

"me please." i deep voice says behind me and i spin around to see of coarse, Jake.

"eh" i teased and he groaned

"i could just find someone else." he said a bored expression on his face. i felt my stomach fall and i looked down.

i felt his hand lift my chin and i was forced myself to look into his eyes.

"just kidding" he said and i narrowed my eyes at him. i slapped his hand and crossed my arms over my chest

"you little fucking SHIT!" i say half raising my voice

i was pissed as hell, him on the other hand, looked quite smug with his little smile on his face.

"your so cute when your angry"

"your so cliché" i mocked still mad.

"awh see s'cute!" he said and booped my nose. i slapped at his hand away and he smirked

"fine, play hard." he said before wrapping his arms tightly around my waist.

i tried to pull away but he was too strong.

i looked up and the moment i did he pinned me against the locker and i looked at him with shocked eyes while he moved EVEN closer to me.

he pressed to lips against mine, my eyes still wide with shock. i tried to push him away from me but he was still too strong for me.

god damnit, football players.

i closed my eyes and kissed back pressing just as hard as he was. when his grip still didn't loosen i did something i had never thought id do- i grinded my hips into him.

i felt him groan into my mouth and his grip finally loosened. i dropped (literally) and stood up dusting my shirt off.

i looked over and jake had his hands up on the locker i was just against, he was breathing heavy. in fact, i was too.

Jake straightened his posture and turned to me his eyes filled with lust and ... hunger?

"you are so paying for that." he commented before smirking and pushing past me.
