CHAPTER 18: Circumstance
Percy witnessed the problem at the bar. He quickly flew back to the West Forest and looked for Kieran, who was leaning on the tree, sitting on the ground while Jane, laying, inclining her exhausted and caressed body on him.
We took our time for this very special moment of love Jane and I had. I was watching her fell asleep leaning on my warm and moist torso, while my right hand was brushing her glowing strands of hair, soon enough it was fading back to normal state. My jacket covered her exposed body while I had nothing but skin.
I realized this intimacy between us, made her and triggered her glowing beauty. There was magic bounded by us and I thought it was because of Crystal’s enchanted gene flowed in her.
Percy suddenly perched on the ground near us. I woke her up, being the one who could understand him.
She let go from my embrace, side sitting and gazing at Percy.
“Hoot hoo! Hoot Hoot!” Percy was telling something to Jane.
An eerie wind flurred over us made the bushes screaming and fallen leaves swimming in the air.
“Father is in trouble!” Jane immediately stood up and fixed herself.
Pensively yawned, swiped my hair front to back, and got up. I quickly grabbed the lamp and raised it up to focus on Jane. I helped her removed the pebbles and bits of bark from the tree that stuck on her dress.
“Kier, go get your shirt on,” she said, leaning her hands on my upper arm while putting her white step-in footwear in her feet then I grabbed my own clothes.
While glancing at her worried face, “Why would Friz be in trouble right now?” I asked her, putting my shirt on.
“Because Percy said so, let’s just hurry.” She glimpsed seriously at me and grabbed my right arm, pulling me. The wind joined, pushing my back. I was still in the time of satiating the intimate moment we had, but I guessed I had to trust what Percy said to her.
We got out from the border of the West Forest. A view far ahead, we stumbled and saw Rupert and Benji was carrying Friz, had his arms over their shoulders whilst his legs lifted forward on their up heaved arms. They were heading to Friz’s house.
Jane yelled, wailing. “Father!” She let go from holding me and ran to them.
“Hey Jane!” I tried to catch up but then I noticed Chris and the others were in a hurry heading to Friz’s house, too.
Alice probably noticed me as she called me that stopped me from walking. She was standing inside next to a window in Mr. Valla’s house, from my view, she seemed aware of what had happened.
She went outside and ran over me. “What happened?” she asked, fixing up her worn fleece.
I told her that I didn’t know yet and we just got here from the forest. We ran to Friz’s house with no second thoughts. Apparently, Arthur and the others were outside. Benji, Rupert, Chris, and Jane surely were inside with Friz.
Arthur was the closest, standing and rubbing around his temple, so I asked him what happened.
“We don’t know man, he’s very fine and laughing with us at the bar, earlier,” he said.
Bryan jumped in and said, “He passed out Kieran,” he said, leaning on the wall next to the front door.
Turned my head, looking randomly at everyone, thought passing out was normal when getting drunk. “Hey, it seemed like you guys overreacted in the situation, what do you think?” I said.
