-Samantha's Pov-
The dripping of water fell from the ceiling, and the pitter patter of rain on the roof caused a rthymic tune to fill the house.
"Taz!" I heard Amy yell from downstairs, behind my bedroom door.
I heard her shout back. "What do you want?"
"Stop leaving your bloody portals everywhere!" She yelled. "I fell into the shower when I was trying to walk to the kitchen for more chicken!"
I chuckled sightly. "Hey, we are all messy. It isn't like I leave water on the floor when I am training! And what about you Amy? How many paperweights do we need to buy after how many stories I lost?" I yelled, walking out of my room.
I saw Taz sitting on the couch, watching the news for any new crimes for us to join in, and Amy walked through one of Taz's portals looking annoyed as I looked just over the stairs railing.
"Don't you even get me started on that. You made me break my arm from slipping, and I couldn't fight or make a portal for a month!" Taz said looking up at me.
Amy zoomed her way into the kitchen, and back out with a chicken leg in a split second, making our hair get messed up with the sudden gust of wind and her super speed. "That was fun torturing her about that."
"It was. We had all these stories to tell of beating these villians, and she would get so pissed at us." I laughed, making my way down the steps.
"Sam. Be glad that water can heal you. I don't have that luxury." She said, groaning in annoyance, then looking at Amy. "You too. You always have a speedy recovery."
She laughed. "It is in the blood."
My phone suddenly buzzed in my pocket, receiving a text from our computer genius Cara.
'Robbery. Main Street. Sidestep. Hurryyyy.'
I groaned. "We got another robbery."
"Again?" Amy groaned. "I was finally slowing down for the day."
"Welp, get your suits on because we have Sidestep." I told them.
Taz groaned at the first syllable of the villian's name. "I hate her so much. Our powers are nearly identical. Sucks I can't be the only one." Taz said, crossing her arms together.
For years, she always wanted to be better, but Sidestep was a step ahead. The flaw Taz had was it took more time to create as portal with her hands and all Sidestep had to do was look and she was already at her destination.
I blinked my eyes, and my suit was on as well as Amy and Taz's.
"Was that nessacary?" I asked, fixing my crooked water emblem.
Amy shrugged. "You guys are too slow."
I groaned, and stretched my hands out, letting my powers awaken within me.
"Taz, set up the portal." Amy instructed.
She looked at a wall and thrusted her hands forward, creating a blue portal which corresponded to a location not far from the robbery so nobody could see or go through the portal before she could rid it.
"Alright. I got the doors, Momentum your on the roof, and Bypass, you can just make a dramatic entrance anywhere." I said, and we all split up.
I flattened my hands, and the water on the streets and rain stopped moving. I pushed it upwards and I could almost fly with the support of water.
