-Sam's Pov-
The day was dim, the sun being covered by the grey rough clouds. With what has happened, I couldn't distinguish if this was the natural weather or this was an effect of Stormzy.
It wasn't raining, but it felt like it was about to with the absence of the vibrant blue sky. "Sam?" I heard Amy say beside me.
My eyes focused onto her as her blonde hair was masking part of her face. "Did I zone out again?" I asked, sighing.
"If you call staring at the sky, blindingly walking along the street 'zoning out', than yes." She replied, putting finger quotations around her words.
"It is just that-" I started. "I can't believe he-" I kept stopping my words, finding new ways to rant about what happened.
"Well, don't be so confused. Remember what happened when you got thrown off just by fighting with them?" She reminded, saying it like it was super simple.
"But I am not confused." I paused, causing her to move her hair away from her face to see me more clearly. "I am worried and scared."
"I know that this is all you can think about, but Cara is working on a solution. That is all we can hope for right now. Otherwise, it is out of our hands." She encouraged.
"I don't know how technology is going to help me. There is always the possibility of the prototype to not function." I commented.
She grabbed me by the shoulder, stopping our causal walk. "Samantha." She said, addressing me by my full name which hardly used. Her forest green eyes looked fiercely into mine. "Calm down."
I nodded, knowing that she wasn't going to let me rant about Stormzy anymore. "Alright."
I heard a small scream down the street, causing the both of us to stiffen. Amy pushed me into an unmonitored area, and zoomed away to get our suits.
She came back and both of us were fully dressed, her eyes ready for a good fight. "Ready to kick some ass?" She asked.
"As always." I smirked, running before Amy could zoom me there, but she took me there anyway.
"You are just making me more lazy." I commented. "I never get to run."
Amy smirked, crossing her arms, scanning the scene. "Too slow I guess."
Two guys stood, both armed with a highly advanced weapon. "Give me everything you have." One of them shouted, blocking the person that they were talking to.
"I don't have anything." I heard a light voice say, wimpering in pain. "I swear. Just lay off me."
One of the men moved slightly, to reveal a long lock of curly brown hair. "You do know ladies don't like to be touched without permission lads." I said, causing their attention to draw away from the women that they were mugging.
"This is my fight you guys." She called out, still struggling at the man's grip against the wall. "I can handle them."
One of them men already made movements towards Amy putting his hand onto her forearms and tried to push her back against the wall, but he widened them as he knew that she was stronger than he thought. "Well dancing isn't one of my fortes, but I'll lead."
In a single movement they spun is quick rapid circles, only being blear colors to everyone's eyes. Amy pulled away and the guy stumbled, having no balance to hold him up, his face becoming a discolored green.
I heard a growl from beside me, as the girl had disappeared from his grasp, and now a wolf stood at his feet, the sharp pointed teeth visible as its face crinkled together showing anger.
