The Room - Part One

The next morning, you and Dipper approach Grunkle Stan.
"Woa!" Stan laughs when he sees you. "Bag check for Dipper and (y/n)'s eyes."
The two of you barely slept last night because it was so cold, and it didn't help that you could still hear Mabel and her friends screaming in the bedroom.
"Grunkle Stan . . . we need . . . a new room." Dipper says tiredly, leaning against the kitchen table.
"Yeah." you say, "One that we can use . . . for mystery stuff, and can sleep in when . . . when Mabel has sleepovers." you slump down in your chair.
"I wish I could give you one, I really do, but we just don't have any extra rooms. And it's not like someone's gonna find a secret room in this place." Grunkle Stan laughs, obviously amused by how tired you both are.
"Hey dudes!" you hear Soos call from down the hall. "I just found a secret room in this place!"
You and Dipper run towards the sound of Soos' voice, or at least try to. You can barely walk straight and are basically bouncing off the walls every time you stumble, Stan laughing his head off just watching you.
You finally approach Soos and Mabel, who are standing in front of an area where the wallpaper is peeled back to reveal an old door.
"I was dusting, and the wall paper was peeling, so I tried to put it back - but not before I saw this." Soos explains.
Stan reaches over and opens the door, only to be pushed out of the way by you, Dipper and Mabel.
"Woa." is all you can say when you enter.
The room is around the size of your attic bedroom. There are cobwebs everywhere, and a layer of dust coats everything. The only things in the room are an old couch, a pair of dusty glasses, and a faded blue shag carpet.
Stan scoops the pair of glasses off the couch and slips them into his coat pocket.
Dipper picks up an old, rusty key that was on the floor. "Perfect." he smiles. "Me and (y/n) can use this as our mystery room."
"Woa, woa, woa!" Mabel puts up her hand. "Who's to say that I can't use this as my sleepover room?" she puts her hands on her hips.
"Sorry Mabel, but majority rules." you tell her, crossing your arms.
"Give me the key!" Mabel yells, lunging at Dipper.
"Ahh!" Dipper yelps, holding it out of her reach.
"Stop!" you yell, trying to hold them apart. You grab Mabel's right arm and Dipper's left.
Suddenly, you feel a tingling sensation where your hands are touching their arms. Then the tingling sensation turns into a shock, and the force of it blows the three of you to the ground.
That's when everything goes black.
