Merlin POV

'Arthur.... You supported my story?' I hesitantly asked.

'Don't be a prat Merlin. I can tell you are up to something but you obviously needed help. There had better be a good reason you are splitting us up.' He replied.

He turned on his heel and headed out the side door,  assume heading to his 'lair'. Now, managing to get one relationship down was easy. Destroying others will be much harder. Sabriel and Destiel are complete. Johnlock and Lantra left. How on earth do I split up Sherlock and Cara?

I walked down the hallway while still devising the best way to break them up. Slap. Instantly, I felt a stinging on my face. I looked up and saw Cara. Ah.

'You better have a damn good explanation for screwing my best friend over Merlin.' Cara growled.  I looked behind he and saw Sherlock closing in. Hmmm.

'Cara, I do.. And I also have a very good reason for this too. You'll see.' I rushed out. Quickly, I grabbed the back of her head and brought her into a kiss. She tried to leave, so In turn I gently stroked her earlobe and bit down on her lip. She moaned a little, but continued the kiss.

'Cara? Car......Oh. I see. Sorry. Um... I'll go.' Sherlock mumbled. I finished the kiss, much to Cara's disappointment, then she realised what had happened.

'Sherlock, wait. We need to talk.' Cara hastily said after him.

'I don't think we do at all Cara. It seems obvious what has happened. I just wish you would have told me before it got this far.' Sherlock swung round and walked off towards the canteen. Cara was left standing there, hurt and alone.

'You little wretch. You'd better start talking Merlin or I swear I will tear you to shreds.' Cara said angrily. She turned to me and grabbed me by my neck. I was pinned against the lockers, with no escape. But I couldn't tell her the plan. Not now, Not now that I have got this close.

'Cara. Could you *cough* ease of a little *cough* huh? please?' I wheezed. She relaxed her hand a little, but still keeping me close to the lockers. 'Cara, I told you this wasn't right for you. I merely needed to save you to prove that. In time, you will see I was right and you were wrong. But I can see why you wouldn't understand now.'

'You are lucky I know you and trust you Merlin. If you are wrong, I swear to God...'

'Cara, you wont be.'

Slowly, she dropped her hand and hurried off to the canteen. I let a huge sigh of relief out and turned towards the canteen. Now, set up Sheryl and John. Then, PARTY!
