Chapter 13

Theos POV

I woke up early the next morning, I didn’t want her mum or dad that if he was still here, to find me in her bed. I left her a note on her bed side table wishing her a good morning and hopes shell have a good day at school I also left my phone number at the bottom if she needed anything. I hopped out of her window landing on my feet the sun was just starting to rise, I ran down the drive way memories from last night’s events came flying into my mind, I ran faster so I get worked up again.

I met up with Luca around 9, we took a stroll around the neighbourhood.

“So? what happened then to get you worked up that much” he laughed slightly unsure if he should have brought it up or not

“Personal information Luca don’t worry about it” I replied, my phone buzzed signalling I had a text, I pulled it out hoping it would be Jaymes

‘Hey on my way down now xx’ it was from Lexi, I sighed then replied a simple ‘ok’ then put my phone back in my pocket,

“What’s up?” Luca asked again

“Nothing” I gave him a reassuring smile, he can be obnoxious at time but he was the most caring guy I’ve ever met,

“if you wonna talk you know Im always here, although I don’t see why you’ve all of a sudden go a problem with talking to me, you never used to” we laughed together as we remembered the last time I talked to him, I told him I had a crush on his mum, it was kinda awkward afterwards but I need to get it off my chest.

After about an hour my phone buzzed again,

‘Heyy thanks for the note :) I’ll see you later?’ it was a number that wasn’t saved but I could tell it was Jaymes by the note part, I saved her number then replied ‘yea I’ll see you later <3’

Lexi and Tristan met up with us half an hour after she had texted me, we mooched around the mall for hours. I checked my watch, it read 2.50.

“Ok guys, Im going to run or ill miss her” I said

“Miss who?” they all said

“Jaymes, she leaves college in half an hour and I want to be there when she walks out the front gates” I smiled

“Come on I’ll give you a lift, we can all go” Tristan said getting up from his chair

“Awesome” I shouted back at them as I ran to the truck

‘You won’t be getting there any faster cause Im driving’ Tristan voice rang through my head

‘Well hurry up!’ I said back just then all three of them came running out from the mall towards the truck. We all hopped in and took off towards Jaymes school.

25 minutes later we pulled up and I jumped out running up to the gates and leant up against them waiting for Jaymes to finish. Just then the bell ran signalling the end of the day,

Everyone came rushing out of the building, I remember my days at school, I never went to college I decided to get a job instead. I was so lost in my thoughts that I hadn’t realised Jaymes pass me, I ran up behind her and swooped her up into my arms, loving the sparks that went off when her skin touched mine,

“Hello beautiful” I said setting her down

“Heyy Theo” I gave her a quick kiss on the corner of her mouth, she turned to her friends “Viola, Liam this is Theo, the guy I’ve been telling you about” she explained I shook their hands, I heard Lexi, Tristan and Luca walk over,
