Y/N stayed up all night for Camila to come back to her dorm. When she did finally come
back, it was three in the morning.

Camila silently shut the door, thinking Y/N was asleep. Y/N stared at Camila, rubbing her eyes.

"Camila," she tiredly said, causing the younger girl to jump. "We need to talk,"

"Y/N? Why aren't you asleep?" Camila asked, furrowing her eyebrows. Y/N turned on the lamp next to her.

"Why aren't you sleeping in your own dorm? Why aren't you talking to me? Why are you hanging out with Taylor? Why are you avoi- "

"I get it, stop asking now," Camila cut her off, sitting down on her bed with a sigh. "And I don't know. It's just, weird, I guess."

Y/N raised an eyebrow, "Weird how? You're my best friend, Mila."

Camila softly sighed, "We survived a shooting. We saw Tori get k-killed right in front of us."

Y/N bit her lip, glancing down at her bed, then back up to Camila, "Yeah. We did. We're survivors. That still doesn't explain why you won't talk to me."

Camila was quiet for a moment, "It brings back the memories."

"Oh," Y/N muttered. "It's hard for me too, Camila. It's hard for the both of us. That's why we need each other - to get through it."

"Yeah," Camila nodded. "Do you ever have nightmares? Or flashbacks in the middle of the day?"

Y/N swallowed, "Yeah. At least once a day. And whenever I hear a loud bang - it reminds me of the gunshots."

Camila nodded, feeling tears swell in her eyes as she thought of Tori. Y/N noticed, and frowned.

"Come here," Y/N muttered, scooting over. Camila got up, laying down next to Y/N. "What's wrong?"

"I m-miss her," Camila softly murmured. "And - and I felt like it was my fault. I just - just stood there."

"You got shot, Mila. It wasn't your fault," Y/N started. "You were in shock. No one blames you,"

"Except myself," she said. "I blame myself."

Y/N sighed, "Can I tell you something?" Camila nodded. "I blame myself for a lot of things. Especially for you and Tori getting shot. If I hadn't tackled him - "

"You were only protecting us, Y/N," Camila cut Y/N off, knowing where she was heading. "You did the right thing."

Y/N nodded, and Camila scooted closer to Y/N laying her head on Y/N's shoulder.

Y/N approached the grave, three roses in hand. She was planning to go to Zayn's, Louis's, and Tori's grave.

As of now, she was at Louis's. She placed the rose down, sighing.

"Hey Lou," Y/N started. "I miss you - we all miss you. Harry he, he's not the same. He told me he loved you back," she shook her head. "It's a shame, that you d-died. You and him could've been happy. He and the rest of the boys went back onto deployment early. And, yeah. I just miss you, Lou. Love you, watch over Harry, please."

Y/N got up, walking over to Zayn's, only to bump into someone.

"Sorry," Y/N quickly apologized. "Should've watched where I was going."

"No - it's okay," the blonde girl said, then looked up. "I've seen you before - at Miami U?"

"Yeah," Y/N muttered. "I'm Y/N."

"I'm Bea," the girl introduced herself, "So, who you visiting - if you don't mind me asking."

Y/N licked her lips, glancing down and back up at Bea, "My friends."

Bea nodded, knowing who she was talking about. Y/N knew she knew too, she just didn't want to talk about.

"I'm visiting my ex-boyfriend," she smiled sadly. "Jacob. Died two years ago in a car crash. I was in the passenger seat, when a drunk driver hit us," she paused. "It gets easier as it goes on, though. Speaking about it."

Y/N nodded, "Yeah. I know," she mumbled. "Trust me. I've seen a lot of death."

Bea raised an eyebrow, but didn't question it, "Okay. Well, I'll leave you to it. Maybe I'll see you around?"

"Maybe,"

"Summer is coming up," Lauren said. "What're you going to do over break?"

Y/N shrugged, "Probably spend it with you, duh."

Lauren smiled a bit, "That doesn't sound to bad."

"Oh, but it is," Y/N dramatically groaned. "Three months with you? I'll be damned if I'm still sane by the end of it."

Lauren rolled her eyes, but smiled, "Shut up, you jerk. You love me."

Y/N silently laughed, kissing Lauren on the cheek.

"Normani! Guess what!" Ally exclaimed as she ran over to her, grinning from ear-to-ear.

"What?" Normani laughed at her girlfriend's excitement.

"I got tickets to go to Brazil!" Ally announced, holding them up. "My cousin was gonna go with his friends, but something came up. So he gave them to me!"

"What? How many?" Normani asked, eyes slightly wide.

"Uh - six," she said. "So you, me, uh - Dinah, Camila, Lauren, and Y/N?"

Normani nodded, "That sounds good. Just like high school?"

Ally grinned, "Yeah. The flight leaves in June, and there's already a hotel set up and everything. We're staying for like, a week."

Normani smiled, "Let's go tell our friends some good news, yes?"
