Chapter 21

CHAPTER 21: DO YOUR BEST OR YOU'LL TASTE SOMETHING HORRIBLE

Day 2 of the training today. I woke up early at around our around six o'clock and decided to take a beth right away. As I took a bath, I recall to my mind what I dreamt. It looks like as I sleep, my ability of seeing the future have been used. I smiled as I remember it.

After my bath, the team already woken up and started to wash their faces. I hurriedly cook breakfast and served it to them right them.

As we eat, I noticed that the team was still tired. I wonder why.

Kagami: Coach, what's with the early wake-up?

Riko: We have to start training before all the people appear.

I smiled. Why does my ability of seeing the future is always right every time?

Tsunade: Riko-san, I think I know why.

Riko: Keep that reason to yourself, Tsunade-chan.

I smiled once again. Team, better do your best.

After breakfast, we went to the beach immediately. When we arrived, I can see that families and groups of teenagers started to arrive.

The sun started to went up when we started but the upperclassmen were still yawning and the eyes of the freshmen were barely open. The coach ordered them to do twenty laps around the beach. At first, the team didn’t move a muscle but eventually started them when Riko threatened them.

Once they finished, Riko ordered them to do squats in the water. After squats, they did more warming up before a game in the sand happened between the freshmen and the upperclassmen. They started around nine o’clock in the morning and ended up at ten o’clock with having a tie game. I sighed. They’re way stronger now.

The team asked for a timeout of training and Riko permitted them with a nod. As for me and Riko, we went back to the rest house to pick up some towels for the team and to get change to our swimsuits since Riko decided that we should have a timeout as well. When we left the team, there are already many people at the beach.

We arrived at the rest house. I picked up some towels while Riko first change to her swimsuit. I hope that her swimsuit wouldn’t be the same one she wore when we have an exercise at the pools. Once she got changed, I stared at her like I never saw her before. She wore the swimsuit I bought her when we went shopping, a turquoise-colored two piece swimsuit that fitted her skin perfectly.

Tsunade: Riko-san, you look really beautiful in that.

Riko: Arigato, Tsunade-chan. I took all my courage just to wear this thing.

Tsunade: You’ll be fine in that, Riko-san.

She smiled at me. I smiled back at her as I went back to our room to get changed. I took out my purple-colored swimsuit that has the same style that Riko has and got changed. After changing, Riko and I went back to the beach with towels in our hands. We went back with people staring at us, Riko mostly since her swimsuit is really kind of revealing. They weren’t much staring at me because I have a white jacket over my swimsuit and the towels I am holding covered my front.

Riko: *whispers* Tsunade-chan, I think I should go back to the rest house and change to my other swimsuit. I don’t like people staring at me.

Tsunade: Don’t worry about that, Riko-san. Just ignore them like they don’t even exist. That’s what I do when I’m being stared.
