Chapter 4

CHAPTER 4: SEIRIN BASKETBALL MANAGER

I walked home with Nii-san. He's coming home today. I just wish I can do that but something is stopping me from doing that.

When I got home, I received a call from the hospital I called when Kagami-kun twisted his ankle. Turns out, they were waiting for 10 minutes and can't find the injured person or me.

I apologized to them many times and told them that the injured is already fine. They were really angry at me, they hanged up.

They were really pissed at me for not telling them sooner. I totally forgot about it when Nii-san told me about my gifts. People forgot about things. 80% are important stuff and the remaining 20% are not so important.

I took a seat on the sofa, still thinking on my gifts. Healing and seeing the future, huh. I still can't belive that those things exist but what can I do? I have no choice but to accept the reality.

I sighed, probably a hot shower and a good meal fix this curiosity. I stood up, stretched, and sort things out.

I did pretty good at school but Nii-san didn't. He was just sleeping all the time, thanks to his gift he didn't get caught. Kagami-kun tried to do the same but he always got called.

Kagami: *whispers to me* You Kuroko's are so lucky. You have gifts.

Tsunade: *whispers back* Don't worry, Kagami-kun. All of us have gifts.

Kagami: *slightly speaks aloud* What are you---

Kagami-kun was interrupted when our professor caught him talking. Our professor literally let Kagami-kun out of class and he is forbidden to return until the next session.

Hopefully, the professor let Kagami-kun in at the next session. As Kagami-kun sat, I wrote a note that says: I'm sorry for causing you trouble. I passed it to him, he read it, and smiled.

He replied: It's fine. I totally owed you for healing me yesterday so consider it we are tied.

I looked at him and smiled. He may look like a bad person on the first time you saw him but when you finally know him a lot better, he was so nice inside.

I got invited by Coach Aida again to come with her at the court to watch the team practice at dismissal.

Tsunade: Coach, you don't need to invite me everyday. I think I only cause trouble.

Coach Aida: Don't say that, Tsunade-chan. You're the cute twin of Kuroko-kun and you have 2 gifts that will definitely help us so don't say you're causing trouble.

Tsunade: Arigato, Coach Aida.

We reach the court and saw the team resting on the benches. Coach Aida blew her whistle. The team gathered around her.

Coach Aida: Tomorrow our practice game with Shutoku starts at 1:15 pm. I expect no one is going to be late.

The team nodded. Tomorrow is Thursday. I still need to go to school so I wouldn't see their game.

Coach Aida: And of course, I also expected you, Tsunade-chan to come.

Tsunade: Me?? I still need to come to school and even if I come, I'll be considered as cutting classes.

Coach Aida: You don't need to worry about that, Tsunade-chan. You're excused.

Tsunade: ???? How????

Coach Aida: I decided to make you the team's manager.

Everyone: WHAT???!!!!

Tsunade: Why, Coach??

Coach Aida: I just told you earlier, you have 2 gifts that can help the team, right? But does anyone disagree with my decision?

Everyone shook their heads that means they wouldn't disagree with the coach's decision. Riko hugged me tightly.

Coach Aida: Finally, our team have a manager that is so kawaii and has 2 gifts!!

I smiled. I'm happy but a little bit nervous. The last time I accepted a responsibilty was when I become a co-manager of Momoi-san. And when I let my past team down by quitting.
