CHAPTER 9: DON'T HIT MY TWIN

Today was the day that we have a practice game with Kaijō. As we entered the gates of the school, I noticed something about Kagami-kun. He looked like he didn’t get much sleep. Also, he has bags under his eyes.

Tsunade: What happened to you, Kagami-kun? Your eyes look…

Tetsuya: Worse. They look worse than usual.

Kagami: Shut up!

I looked at him once again, this time with the power that has my gift. But I remembered that I only have the gift to see the future not through time. I sighed, I guess I have to accept that there are things I can’t do but I still am thankful because I have gifts.

Kagami-kun looked at me curiously.

Tsunade: S-sorry!

Kagami: *sighs* Do you really want to know so badly?

Tsunade: *nods*

Kagami: I barely got much sleep. I think I just slept for three hours. I-I got a little overexcited.

Tsunade: Really?

Tetsuya: What are you, a kid going on a field trip?

Kagami: What did you say?!

I was about to laugh at them for teasing each other when…

?: Hey, guys!

I looked at the direction where the voice was coming from and realized it was Kise-kun. He was running towards us. He came close to Nii-san.

Kise: Kurokocchi, ever since you turned down my invitation to join us, I’ve been crying into my pillow every night.

That’s right, before we got to have a practice game with Kaijō, Kise-kun asked Nii-san to join them but Nii-san turned him down since Nii-san has a new light and that’s Kagami-kun. Kise-kun turned to me.

Kise: Tsunadecchi, it’s been a long time.

I sighed, he still calls me that?

Tsunade: That’s right, Kise-kun.

Kise: I haven’t seen you since you quitted the team. But you haven’t changed at all, Tsunadecchi.

Tsunade: How come?

Kise: For one thing, you’re still beautiful.

I blushed for a second then shook my head to avoid being distracted. I have to keep myself focused, I didn’t came here to flirt with Kise-kun, I came here to beat them with my new team.

Tsunade: Anyway, aren’t you going to show us where the court is, Kise-kun?

Kise: Right. Come on, I’ll show you the way.

Kise-kun led us to the court, which is not that far from the entrance. When we arrived there, I saw something that really pissed me off. I knew it, we are only using the half-court.
