CHAPTER 11: AT LEAST WE TRIED OUR BEST

I woke up with the noisy sound of my alarm. I crawled up to the stupid alarm clock.

Tsunade: Geez, stop waking me up when I wanted to sleep so badly.

I complained, I hate waking up in the morning early. I’m not a morning person. I know many of you can also relate with me. The fact that you have to stay up in the morning pisses me off. Why do you have to have to go to school in the morning anyway? It can always be in the afternoon but it will be weird.

I shook my head. Tsunade, stop complaining. I told myself. Complaining won’t get you anywhere. I stood up from bed, stretch, and arranged the bed. I took a warm shower.

As I do that, I remembered something. Today’s the day we are having a practice game with Tōō. I sighed, have to face the team that I almost have.

A little main character and reader talk:

Guys, do you remember the day I transferred to Seirin? Guess, what school I got into before Seirin? 

 It’s Tōō.

Basically, I transferred school after school because I don’t want a member of my previous team (Generation of Miracles) as my classmate. But I made a terrible mistake at the first time, I enrolled to Tōō since it was not a strong school at all. But when I first entered my class, I saw Aomine-kun taking a nap so I decided to arrange my transferring papers right away.

I chose Seirin as my second school because its records were lower than Tōō’s but I made another terrible mistake. This time I transferred to my twin’s school. 

I guess it’s difficult for a freshman that has a twin that tries to escape the past to have good decisions. I know that I haven’t explained my past yet to anyone of you, guys but it will came to the point that I’ll explain everything to you all.

End of ‘main character and reader talk’…

I came to school and went to my class. I have to wait until the practice game. Got to be patient.

Thirty past four (4:30pm) in the afternoon was our practice game with Tōō. I have to be honest, it’s difficult to be patient when you know that the thing you’re waiting for is one of your favorites. 

As I arranged the things we needed, I heard the opening the court doors. They are here. The first one who came in was Momoi-san and the team members followed her. But then I noticed something. Aomine-kun is not yet here.

Coach Aida: Where is Aomine-kun?

Tsunade: That’s also what I want to ask, coach.

Momoi-san came close to us and I can tell that the upperclassmen of my team were all blushing.

Momoi: Gomen, Aomine-kun will be late for only a quarter so we are really sorry for that.

Upperclassmen: O//////////////////////O

When Riko noticed them blushing, she immediately spanked them with a paper fan that she is been holding since we met Momoi-san.

I came close Momoi-san. 

Tsunade: Don’t worry about them, Momoi-san. But is it really true that Aomine-kun will be a late for a quarter?
