~Flashback, 2016~
Since Friday, I had moved to Seoul, South Korea because Coraline said that my aunt and uncle had moved there and are willing to take care of me. With a little Korean in hand, I could understand most of what other people were saying.
I've heard that in Korean people are very dependent on their looks. In order to not get bullied again, I replaced my nerd glasses with contact lenses and got a new hairstyle. I shrugged. Not bad. I still looked me.
It was the day of my first day of school in Korea. My aunt and uncle had sent me to a prestigious middle school, "Seoul Performing Arts Grammar School". I buckled the clasp of my uniform ends, smoothed out my collar, brushed my skirt, and tighten my tie. I made sure that my hair was not sticking out, put on eyeliner, mascara, and faint blush. I had been taught that in Korea, appearance was important.
I walked towards the school, took a deep breath, then exhaled. I wasn't sure if I was going to make it. I grabbed my red leather school bag and walked calmly inside the school. Students were chattering away in Korean, and fast enough so I couldn't understand. Although my mother and my father were originally from Korea, I had moved to the United States months after I was born, so I did not really learn the language.
I had managed to make my way to the principal's office and got my schedule card. I felt a couple of stares coming my way as I walked inside my classroom, Class JA. I felt embarrassed and played with my phone until the teacher, Mrs. Kim, came inside the classroom. She clapped her hands and gestured for me to come forward.
"Class, we have a new student. Please introduce yourself." the teacher said, and plastered a big smile on her face, and motioned for me to introduce myself. I felt my face turn hot and I felt embarrassed having so many eyes on me.
"M-my n-name is Park Chaeri. P-please take care of me." I stuttered, feeling my face turn red and hot. I have never felt so embarrassed in my life.
I heard a few groans and glares coming towards my direction. I had a bad feeling that I am going to be the target of bullying later on.
"Well, Chaeri, please sit in front of Jungkook. Jungkook, please raise your hand." Mrs. Kim said. The guy, who appeared to be Jungkook, raised his hand. He had cute bunny teeth and looked like he wasn't paying any attention to class. I earned more glares and "she's ugly"s from what appeared to be his fangirls. Oh well, I am not going to steal him from them, I think he hates me anyways.
As the teacher continues her lesson, the boy, Jungkook, threw a crumpled piece of paper and aimed it directly at the back of my head. There were a few giggles from his fangirls.
I gritted my teeth at him and managed a faint "What do you want from me" to him. He smirked and turned around to his friends, who were laughing along with him. I turned around and focused on taking the notes, when Jungkook poked me on my back with a pencil. I tried to ignore it until he leaned in and whispered in my ear "No one ignores Jeon Jungkook."
I turned around and said between gritted teeth "Stop talking to me." He smirked and turned away, and I felt more death stares from his fangirls. I raised an eyebrow to his friends, 6 guys, which they all replied with a smirk.
After a few minutes, class was over. I felt a hand on my shoulders. It was that Jungkook boy, and I felt the death stares again. I guess he was popular. "Why are you putting your hand on my shoulder?" I said airily, gaining another one of his smirks from him.
"I'm your worst nightmare." He said, and with that, he went to join in with his friends. Seems like he is the maknae (youngest) of the group. I felt a tug on my hair, and I turned around. There was a girl, face caked up with a lot of makeup, grinning at me, and said, "Do not go near Jungkook." She clapped her hands and about fifteen girls came out and started beating me.
Some were punching me, kicking me, slapping me or tugging my hair. I felt a lot of pain and saw a puddle of blood beside me. The girls laughed and were gone, and they had left me there.

I tried to get myself up, and I saw 6 boys beside me, smirking. The biggest smirk came from the jerk, Jeon Jungkook. But they weren't smirking their regular smirks. They were smirking uncomfortably.

He's my worst nightmare.
