Chapter Twenty-Seven (Part Two)

Park Chaeri's POV

"Let's stop the talent show for a moment. We have very special guests for us in store! Let's bring the guests out! Everyone, when I count to three, shout, please come out!" The announcer said. We were confused. BTS immediately got off the stage, and were seated.
"Who could the guests be?" Areum asked me. I shrugged. I was really excited too, and I wondered if the guests were idols. Probably EXO? But Baekhyun hadn't told me anything about them coming to our school to be special guests, so the possibility was really low.
"One...two...three!" The announcer shouted over the speaker. Everyone was very excited, even the boys. The whole auditorium replied to the counting by shouting 'please come out'.
A group of 13 boys came out. Each one was very handsome, and they caught my eyes immediately. The whole auditorium screamed. Wait, were they Seventeen?
I had met Seventeen-sunbaenims a few times at music shows, and they were very charming. Each member was really nice, and they always joked around. They were really nice to be with, and in fact, I really like one of its members - Mingyu. In fact, I think he's more handsome than that jerk Jeon Jungkook, but well, we aren't that close.
"Oh my gosh it's Seventeen! They're like my ultimate bias group now! They're so handsome, aren't they?" Areum exclaimed. I chuckled.
"Yeah, they're really handsome. Who's your bias, Areum?" I asked her, trying to speak more about the topic. I think that I can guess her bias's S Coups, because she keeps looking at him when he's standing on stage. I slightly smirked to myself.
"Oh, my bias's S Coups. He's so handsome, isn't he? I just fall for him every time. Who's your bias then, Chaeri?" She dreamily asked me, clasping her hands together.
"Mingyu! He's really handsome." I replied, and smiled at her. Areum smirked at me, and then playfully slapped my shoulders.
"Then what about Jungkook, eh? What will he say?" Areum raised a eyebrow at me, then examined her nails. I knew she was just going to get me to say the truth, so I did.
"I don't care about Jungkook anyways. And Mingyu's so much more handsome than him, don't you think?" I replied coldly. She shrugged at me, and nodded.
"Hi, we're Seventeen!" Seventeen said to us. We all cheered and a lot of sasaeng fans screamed on top of their lungs. They were almost breaking my ears, but to show respect to Seventeen, I just clapped for them, and didn't cover my ears.
"S Coups-sshi, I heard that we have a very important announcement to make, right?" Hoshi asked S Coups, and slightly frowned. S Coups nodded.
"Yes, Hoshi-sshi. But you know what? Do you guys want to hear our new song 'Boom Boom' first? We'll disclose our announcement refreshingly later, okay?" S Coups asked us. The whole auditorium screamed.
"Oh my gosh Chaeri, I can't believe they're performing Boom Boom here. I think I'm the luckiest girl in the world now. I'm so thankful." Areum exclaimed, and continued to scream some more. I think that our school is the luckiest school in the world. Even I, as an idol, think that.
The auditorium lights closed, and suddenly the stage light lit back on again. There was Seventeen, in their stage clothing, in their starting position. And I was pretty surprised at how many Carats there are at our school. The fanchants were really loud, and the sasaengs were going crazy. We all clapped and cheered, asking for an encore after they were done.
"Hey guys! We'll give you an encore after we finish the announcement. Would you guys like to hear Mansae later?" Seungkwan asked. The whole auditorium screamed. Even I screamed. They were just really professional.
"So what's the announcement?" Joshua asked. Seventeen pretended not to know the answer, until Mingyu suddenly popped out.
"Guys! The surprise is that we, Seventeen..." Mingyu began, and smiled at the audience. The audience screamed.
"Will be attending this school from now on!" The8 finished. The whole auditorium was filled with screams that can no longer get any louder. Even I was excited. If I was lucky, I could even have classes the same with Seventeen!
