Chapter Twenty-One (Part One)

~Day of Jimin's Birthday~
"Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday our cute Jimin, happy birthday to you!" We all sang at the same time. Jimin looked really touched. We were in a bulgogi-restaurant to celebrate for his birthday, since he loves bulgogi. We ate until our stomaches were full of meat, but still, who doesn't have room for cake?
"I'm really full." Jimin said. We all chuckled, I mean, who isn't full?
"But I have room for a huge cake!" Jungkook said. Bora clinged on his arms when he said that, and he didn't even brush her away. I shrugged. I need to be happy for Jimin's birthday. I can't look sad on my best friend's birthday!
The waiter brought in a huge cake with galaxy colors. I gulped. Who bought the cake? I bought it was those two sneaky cats. They smirked at me. Whatever, it's a great cake, with lots of decorations with a big "Happy Birthday Jiminie" on top. I drooled just by the look of it. I haven't had dessert for a long time!
Rap Monster lit the candles, but almost burned the cake. He quickly gave the lighter to Taehyung, who calmly lit it. Jimin blew out the candles and wished. He finally opened his eyes, and it was cake time!
The waiter cut the cake into twelve pieces for us to share, and we each grabbed a piece, leaving the biggest piece of cake for Jimin. He smiled at us and gave us a thumbs-up.
"By the way, who bought this cake? It's delicious!" Jimin said. Yeah, I was just wondering that too. Bambam and Yugyeom raised their hands. I knew it was them. Why did they have to buy a galaxy-colored cake? I slightly rolled my eyes. After we were finished with the cake, it was gift time.
"Jimin-oppa!" Bora suddenly squealed. She used her annoyingly-high-pitched voice to talk to Jimin. Jimin made a disgusted face before turning around to look at her.
"Yeah?" Jimin forced the words to spit out of his mouth. If I were Jimin, I wouldn't even talk to her. Bora suddenly took out a big bag and placed it in front of Jimin.
"Take a look at my gift! I'm sure I have the best gift for you!" Bora said. We all rolled our eyes except Jungkook. Oh, well. Jimin ripped her gift open, and inside are two white T-Shirts and a photo of herself. Oh my, who gives the birthday boy this kind of gift? Jimin forced himself to smile at her.

At the end, Jimin saw all of our gifts, except mine. Rap Monster had given him two really cool snapbacks, J-Hope had given him a pair of white Adidas Superstars, Suga had given him a set of cool designer earrings, Jin had given him a really expensive bottle of men's cologne and a book about tips, Taehyung had given him a really cute lion cuddly toy with a set of bandanas, Jungkook had given him a snapback and a pair of Timberlands, Bora had given him the two white T-Shirts and a photo of herself, Areum had given him two pairs of black and red Converses, Bambam had given him a G-Dragon cologne, while Yugyeom had given him a limited-edition G-Dragon autographed poster.

"Hey, Chaeri, where's my gift?" Jimin asked with puppy-eyes. I chuckled and handed him a plastic bag.

"A bag of tissues? Ah, you're...um...very thoughtful! Thanks, I love...um...this bag of tissue!" Jimin said. I laughed at their reactions, and quickly took the bag back and handed him a properly-wrapped gift.
"I thought the tissues were for real!" Jin exclaimed. Bora just smirked at laughed at me. I rolled my eyes at her.

"Yeah, Chaeri, I thought you would just give him the tissues because maybe you don't have enough money? Poor you." Bora said to me. Suga made a really disgusted face and smiled at me. Everyone glared at her. Jimin opened his gift.

"Woah, woah, woah! Guys, look at what Chaeri gave me! Wow, even BigBang says 'happy birthday' to me! Thank you Chaeri, this is the best gift ever!" Jimin exclaimed. Bora "hmpf" and clinged on Jungkook's arm.
"Where did you get those?" Rap Monster asked. I grinned at him.
"Oh, I have a connection. Bambam and Yugyeom have a connection." I said. They nodded.

"It's only eight o'clock, do you want to go to the karaoke near here? My parents know that place well, so it's okay." Rap Monster suggested. We nodded. We got out of the bulgogi restaurant and Rap Monster and Jin pulled Jungkook back. Bora was busy flirting with Bambam, so she didn't care. Areum distracted Bambam so he wouldn't be too annoyed by Bora.

Rap Monster and Jin pulled Jungkook back. Jungkook frowned. Why were they pulling him back, he asked in his head. He shrugged.

"Who do you really love, Jungkook?" Rap Monster started. Jungkook shook his head, then sighed.
"I-I don't know. I think I love Chaeri. My love for Bora died down." Jungkook replied. Jin patted his back.
"Then tell that to Bora! Don't be the person that's having second thoughts about two girls! Make up your mind, Jungkook!" Jin said. Jungkook shook his head furiously.
"I-I just don't know. I don't want to hurt either of them. If I tell that to Bora, maybe something bad will happen to Chaeri. I just don't know." Jungkook said. Jin patted his back once more.
"Maknae, if you don't tell either one of them, you'll end up hurting both of their feelings." Rap Monster said. With that, Rap Monster and Jin left.
Jungkook stood there, alone in the dark. He just couldn't make up his mind. If he dates Bora, he'll end up hurting Chaeri. If he dates Chaeri, he'll end up hurting Bora. He didn't want to hurt any of them. Jungkook ran to catch up with his friends. Chaeri looked up at him, and faked a smile. He could see sadness in her eyes. He sighed. He saw Bora flirting with Bambam endlessly, and that annoys him even more. But today was Jimin's birthday, and nothing can ruin this special day.
