Ch. 9 Truth revealed!

"You sure you're ok?" Kakashi asked for the millionth time.

"Yes! I'm ok! Can you please stop asking? Its annoying!" Misaki tried to make her point every time but with no luck.

"Fine. I have to go back to work anyway."

"Is all you ever do is work? You have to stop that." Misaki prepared to run but was held back by Kakashi. He grabbed her hoodie and pulled her back.

"Well, why don't you tell me who you are then? Then, I wouldn't have to work so hard." Kakashi gave her a closed eye smile.

'That smile......"Misaki Forced her attention back into her brain. Then, she felt as if she was falling. She screamed but no sound came out. She heard a sinister laughter fill the air. 'What's happening?'

Outside Misaki's body, Kakashi let go of her and witnessed her be cloaked in a red chakra. Misaki closed her eyes. Her hair turned a crimson red. She opened her eyes and revealed blood red wolf eyes. Worst part, they were bloodthirsty.

"What is this......" Kakashi couldn't believe what he was seeing. "I have to get Naruto. And now!" Kakashi turned to leave, but felt something grab his ankle. "What?!" He looked down and saw Misaki grabbing on to him.

"Where do you think you're going Kakashi? Too early to go." She pulled Kakashi back down, slamming him on his back, into the ground. Dirt went everywhere providing cover for just a second. Underneath the rubble was Kakashi barely breathing. "Did I hurt you? I'm sorry." Misaki said sarcastically. She walked closer to Kakashi, taking her time on each step.

"Who are you?" Kakashi finally said between breaths. She stopped. Misaki smiled, then laughed.

"Who am I? Well," Misaki paused and walked next to him. She bent down next to his ear and whispered, "Call me Kira." She straightened herself back up, and started to walk away. "I would continue playing, but sadly, someone prevents me from doing so. Pitiful child." Kira muttered. Shocked, Kakashi watched her walk away ever so causally.

Kakashi looked up. Slowly taking deep breaths and closing his eyes. "Hurry, Pakkun." Kakashi drifted off.

"Where should I go now?" Misaki looked around from a top a tree. She then noticed Ichiraku Ramen. "Perfect! Isn't that your favorite place to eat Misaki?

"Stop it! This isn't going to end well and you know it! Please just let me go! What did I ever do to you?" She didn't care for anything other than the safety of the people who cared for her the last few days. She felt the need to.

Kira then had an idea. "Why don't we pay the Hokage a visit? Tell him everything and then find Ruka and pay her a visit?" She laughed evilly and jumped tree to tree.

"Tell him what? I don't know anything! Don't you dare hurt Naruto!" Desperately, Misaki tried to find a way to counter Kira. She considered her options. She was inside her conscious. She can still communicate with Kira. Other than that, she had nothing. 'Think!' Suddenly she got an idea. "Kira!" No answer. She called out again. Still no answer. She called her name out multiple times. 'Whats wrong now? Is she ignoring me? Probably. Misaki did hand signs without knowing what they were. She had a jutsu almost like Gaara's where she can see places. Instead of creating an eye like Gaara, she focuses her mind on a place and is able to see what is happening. She focused on her body's eyes. Images flickered back and forth from trees to darkness. She concentrated even harder. Soon, she was able to see what Kira was doing.

She jumped on top of the Hokage Residence building. Kira peeked out from the side of the roof, and noticed Naruto leaving. He was running. She followed the direction of where he was running. Towards Kakashi. Suddenly, she felt an enormous chakra behind her. Kira quickly turned around and held up her arms in a block. A fist smashed into them.

"Ow!" Kira jumped up and flipped over the person. "That really hurt!" She looked at the attacker and saw Sakura. She looked mad.

"What are you doing here?" Sakura was obviously angry at her.

"Must I answer?"

"Actually, yes." A familiar voice came from behind. Kira twirled 180 degrees and saw Naruto. He was wearing his coat. Black with orange flames on the bottom. His face also looked really angry.

"Why so serious? You should be excited! Before anything else though," she stared down at the village. So many lights on with helpless people in them. And one of them is where Ruka is. "Where is Ruka?" Naruto growled. Kira had hit a weak point.

"Why do you want to know?" Kira could feel Sakura's chakra started to creep over to her.

"Because," Finally Sakura lunged towards her, fist ready for impact. Kira slid to the right dodging it, only to be trapped by Naruto's shadowclones. They were at least ten shadowclones holding of to her. Tightly. Kira laughed. "Don't you want to know why?"

Sakura said, "why?" Naruto walked over to her side.

"Because later in life, she will be a nuisance.

"What?" Naruto asked.

"A nuisance that affects life and death." Kira smirked.

'Life and death?' Misaki remembered a jutsu she learned from somewhere where she can enter a person's memory and see their purpose. She tried to remember the hand signs and never noticed that she was already doing it. 'Here it goes.'
