Have you ever felt like all is lost in small situations that have resolutions to them. Or even small situations that get you and you stretch the situation which makes it bigger. Don't worry because if you ever felt like that there's a resolution I think might help.
Think of what you already have in life and be thankful for it. When people tell you in these little situations that "you'll be ok," take those words no matter how meaningful/less those words are to you. Use those words and trust them because it will build up your faith. Another way is to focus on other things to get your mind of the horrible situation, events or activities that will fill you with a feeling of relief or happiness.
You can also chose to be a hopeless person or choose to be the person who has a positive attitude/ mood and thinking.End Note
