Sasuke approached the hospitalized Uchiha slowly, he could tell he was causing her a great deal or stress by her heart rate. She looked worse than before she had run off with Denka.

"I came to say thank you."

The blonde rose a brow looking overly surprised, since when did the raven even know the words 'thank you'? She wondered.

"I know you don't understand, so I'm going to explain." He said taking a seat in the chair beside her hospital bed.

"I had a long talk with Itachi, he said he'd spoken to you right before, but he mainly talked about everything from when I was a kid to now. He also talked about you and everything you did for me after the masacre, I had no idea it was you always protecting me." He smiled softly.

"Though, I was stupid and thought it was your way of showing you loved me. Itachi had to knock some sense into me.." Sasuke chuckled at this part. "Eventually he helped me to see that it was because of a deal you two had struck up. Also I'm sorry."

Misa scoffed. Sasuke smirked. "I know, I'm a dumbass, I shouldn't have clung onto you like that, I should have let you go the way Itachi did, but in my defense you made it rather difficult. All those harmless conversations, and you being so naive, made advances unknowingly."

The blonde Uchiha sighed, he chuckled and brushed her bangs from her eyes. "Yep, you may have been a major killer in the academy, but outside of ninja training you were as naive as the common girl."

She seemed slightly bothered but said nothing. "Not to mention that one time in the hospital, you didn't want me to leave your side because you had a fever and my cold skin was refressing." He joked.

Misa's cheeks burst with color as she frowned. "Shut up! I was sick you bastard!!!! I didn't know what I was saying!" She exclaimed.

Sasuke chuckled holding her hand. "Calm down Misa, I don't want Tsunade snapping at me for causing you a heart attack."

Misa pouted. "Fine."

He smiled and leaned over to kiss her forehead. "Thank you Misa, and I'm sorry I caused you so much trouble." He said quietly.

The raven looked to see she was holding in tears. "Baka." She mumbled pulling him into a hug. Sasuke coughed slightly as she almost cut off his air supply holding him so tight.

A smile came to his lips as the blonde hugging him cried quietly into his shoulder. "baka baka baka baka.." She mumbled it over and over.

"Misa, I can't.. breath.." He mumbled. Her grip loosened and she glared at nothing, though he was sure it was ment to be directed at him. Sasuke glanced over his shoulder to see a fuming Gaara outside the door, the boy had heard none of their conversation it was mainly the fact that Misa was crying and hugging the male Uchiha as though her life depended on it.

"And I'm not the only one waiting to see you, I should probably let Gaara in before he kills me." The raven joked cherishing her cheek.

Misa's eyes flashed an emotion but before Sasuke could guess what it was it was gone hidden by pain, his eyes went wide as she suddenly lurched forward her hand going to her chest.

Sasuke's head shot  up as her heart monitor speed up insanely fast. Tsunade burst through the doors. "WHat the hell?" She yelled pushing past the stunned Uchiha and trying to calm the one having a heart attack.

"Get him out of here!" She ordered.

Sasuke stood and allowed a nurse to bring him out of the room only to get punched in the face by Gaara. "What the hell did you tell her?!" He demanded.
