----MISA'S POV----

I left the clearing fast as I could, if I didn't leave quickly I'd be tempted to run back and protect Itachi with my own life. I knew Karin could probably feel my chakra leaving Sasuke's, which is why I wasn't surprised when I was caught around the waist by none other that Suigetsu. I glared at the boy as he lifted me up over his shoulder.

"Where do you think you're going Misa?" He asked, Karin and Juugo were with him, they were all heading for where Sasuke was. I cursed under my breath, I didn't want to see his death, I didn't want to see his lifeless body.

"I was going home." I growled, though I was actually heading for Suna.

"Sasuke!" I tensed as I tried to look  to see if I still had a chance to run for it.

"I thought I told you to stay back until I said otherwise." The raven growled, I sighed in relief there was no sign of Itachi, had he run off?

"Karin said she sensed someone else's chakra. SO we got curious." Suigetsu explained.

"We're moving, follow me." Sasuke growled, he sent Suigetsu a glare, but said nothing as he lead the way. I tensed as I recognized the direction to where we were headed.

"There's a bunch of people with identical chakra around us. What the hell is this?!" Karin yelled.

"DO we need to take another route, Sasuke?" Suigetsu asked.

"Ignore it. We'll charge straight through." Sasuke ordered. I tensed recognizing the chakra, Naruto?

"Thank Kami! Detours always wipe me out." Suigetsu said lazily as they continued to run.

"Sasuke!!!!"

"Naruto!" I called out to him as he charged at Sasuke who hit him with the chidori. The Naruto poofed away and I frowned in defeat.

"WHat the f-" "A shadow clone.." Suigetsu interupted Karin.

"Naruto.. He never gives up..." Sasuke muttered looking at me. I sent him a glare with my good eye. As we aproached the Uchiha hideout, Karin freaked. "Oh my kami!!! There's an incredible chakra... It's coming our way, and fast!!!" She yelled.

Everyone stopped and I felt Suigetsu's arm tensed around my waist. "You're...!"

"Sasuke-kun, if you would please continue on by yourself." I froze. "Itachi-san would prefer that the rest of us wait here."

I was off Suigetsu's shoulder and hugging the shark man. "Kisame-kun!!!" I grinned the man looked at me slightly shocked. "Misa-chan is that you? My you've grown." He smiled toothily and put an arm around her.

"No problem. I only formed this team to make sure no one would interfere when I finally found him." Sasuke replied though I could tell he was slightly bothered by Kisame and I's familiarity. "This works out perfectly."

Karin didn't seem to agree. "That's crazy! We should kick this guy's ass and fight Itachi together!"

"I'm not really in the mood for another fight... But if you insist on passing together. I won't go easy on any of you." He said, I glanced up at him. "Even me?"

"Don't even think about it, Karin. You four wait here... This is my revenge." Sasuke growled and lept past Kisame.

"Hoshigaki Kisame, and his great sword, the Samehada..." Suigetsu smirked. I narrowed my eyes at the water boy. "Do you remember me? I'm Houzuki Mangetsu's brother... Houzuki Suigetsu."

"Are you now? I didn't even recognize you. You've really grown, Suigetsu." Kisame said.

"Since we're stuck here waiting for Sasuke, what say we kill some time?" Suigetsu asked putting his hand on his sword. "Let's have a little fun, Kisame-senpai!"

Kisame leaned down next to my ear so no one else could hear. "Misa-chan, I'll keep them busy you go see Gaara, Itachi doesn't want you to get caught in Sasuke's web."

I kissed his cheek. "Thank's Kisame-kun, I'll miss you.." I whispered and hugged him before I jumped off his lap. The blue skinned man quickly caught their attention and sent me a smirk before turning back to what the three.

I thanked Kami that Karin was too busy arguing with Suigetsu to notice me leaving.
