Misa's eyes went wide as did the man above her's. Gaara turned around to look at the Uchiha, he had a small black box in his hand.

"What the hell are you thinking? I wa-" "And I beat you to it." Sasuke cut him off.

"Misaki is marrying me." Gaara growled, putting the ring back in it's case and closing the box. Sasuke scoffed and opened his ring box.

"Mine's bigger." The raven smirked, his ring was a large upside down tear drop, lined in diamonds around the loop of the ring. (Picture should be on the side)

The two men stood head to head, neither one paying any attention to the blonde kunoichi that was trying to get their attention.

"I don't give a damn if your's is bigger than the moon! Misaki is going to marry me!" Gaara snapped.

"Why don't you let the lady decide, I'm sure bigger is better!" Sasuke hissed.

Gaara clenched his fist. "I think there needs to be feelings for her to even consider saying yes to you! She loves me, she doesn't love you!" The kage snapped.

"Really? Cause last I checked, You're not the only man she's ever loved!" Sasuke growled.

Misa frowned clenching her fist as she tried to steady her breathing. Her heart monitor was making a frenzy that both men seemed oblivious to.

"You are not any of the men she loves." Gaara replied. Sasuke clenched his fist about to punch the kage.

"Stop!" Both men glanced to the side to see the blonde Uchiha, there eyes went wide as they realized she was not only standing but she had taken off all the wires and tubes that were keeping her from having a heart attack.

"Misaki, what are you doing!?" Gaara gaped as made her sit on the bed.

"You two need to stop this! Alright?! You guys have to stop fighting over me. It's my choice to make in the end. All you boys can do is ask the question then cross your fingers and hope I say yes." Both men stared at her slightly stunned.

This woman, who had just gotten out of surgery, blind as a bat, was telling them all this giving them an aura telling them that she would kill them if they didn't stop. They weren't sure whether to be scared or amused, though they were both still ready to kill the other man.

"Alright?" Misa asked, she couldn't see them, but the tense air assured her they were still ready to attack one another. The men sighed and relaxed slightly.

"Alright." Gaara sighed while Sasuke only grunted. The Kage sent him a glare but re-situated Misa on the bed. "You need to rest Misaki."

She nodded slowly and gripped his hand when he was about to pull away. "Can you ask me?"

Gaara blushed as he toyed with the box still in his other hand, Sasuke had kinda shaken his confidence back there, even if Misa asked him to ask her, he felt slightly ashamed that he hadn't gotten Misa a ring like the one Sasuke had. "Sure..."

He cleared his throat that was suddenly dry an turned her hand so he could place the box in it. He could feel a killer intent radiating off the Uchiha behind him as he did this. "Uchiha Misaki, would you make me the happiest man in the five shinobi countries and accept my hand in marriage?"

By the end the kazekage's face was redder than his hair. Misa smiled feeling the velvet box. "You're too serious, a simple "will you marry me?" would have sufficed." She teased.

He stared at the blind woman wide eyed, she giggled feeling the intense look. "Fine, I'll be serious too." She paused and cleared her throat, gripping Gaara's free hand with hers. "Gaara, Kage of Suna, it would be my greatest pleasure to accept your hand in marriage."

Gaara laid his head on their hands trying to suppress a chuckle, it sounded out right hilarious when she said it like that. Sasuke stifled a cough as he turned away, even if he was mad, the way Misa had spoken was enough to make the other Uchiha's stone face break.

"You can laugh." She teased pulling Gaara forward trying to catch his lips, but the kage had to move enough for her to do so, they broke apart long enough for him to put the gem on her wedding finger.

He chuckled as the grin on her lips, it was contagious. Sasuke sighed. "Better have top security on that wedding, I might just crash it." He muttered leaving the now engaged couple alone in the hospital room.

Misa's smile dropped and she heaved a sigh, she just couldn't win could she? Sasuke was in a way a little brother and she didn't seem to be able to make him happy without making herself miserable.

Gaara stroked her cheek soothingly. "Don't worry about him, he'll come around, even if you have to beat some sense into him." She smiled at that.

"You'll hold him down for me?" She asked teasingly.

"Of course." He chuckled kissing her again.

Misa's arms went around his neck, the ring on her left hand shimmering in the light, sending rainbows across the wall. "I love you."

"I love you too." He smirked cherishing her cheek.

She started out the ideal Uchiha, heartless from head to toe. But finally after so many years, the wind blew her right to her happily ever after, into Gaara, the Kage of Suna,'s loving arms.
