Nick looks down at the precious gold and diamond ring on his third left finger. Smiling, he slips on his shoes and place a bowl of cereal on the table in the kitchen.
"Made me breakfast?" Zack smiles when he appeared out of the hallway. His hair is a mess and he only has his pajama pants on, with a gruff growing as a shadow of a beard. "How thoughtful of you."
Zack wraps his arms around his partner's waist and rests his head in the crook of Nick's neck. They stay like that for a while, enjoying the embrace early in the morning.
"Did you check on Lucy? Is she awake?" Nick asks and looks at Zack straight in his green eyes.
"Yup, she's getting dressed right now, all by herself," Zack smiles proudly.
With Nick being a different dance studios nearly everyday, he barely has time to get Lucy awake and ready and all that sorts of stuff; that's where Zack comes into the picture. He stays at home, helps Lucy with walking, talking, dressing, and does the handy house work , too of course. Yes, he has retired from he dance companies at the age of thirty ‐ four. Nick got opportunities for teaching young dancers and help them out and give them tips about how to become a great dancer and all that stuff.
Nick smiles and kisses Zack on the lips softly. "Thank you for everything, Zack."
"Any time, baby," Zack keeps a hold on Nick not even worrying about the cereal getting soggy.
"Dad ‐ da!" The little blond girl from the hallway calls for Zack and Nick.
Walking over to her, Zack picks her up and she slings her arms around his neck. "Morning, Daddy," she says in a high pitched voice and leans over to Nick and kisses him on the cheek.
"Morning, baby girl," Nick smiles and kisses her forehead. "You're gonna be a good girl for Dad ‐ da, right?"
She giggles softly as if she were being tickled. "Always!"
How did I get so lucky? Both Nick and Zack think as they eat their morning breakfast.

Lori picked up a small framed picture and smiled happily at it. Seeing both her son and son in‐law standing together with their daughter made her feel so proud of the two of them.
She finally knew that Nick was happy.
As she placed the picture back down, she heard soft footsteps behind her. Lori quickly turned around only to meet her with with her new husband's.
"Good morning, dear," Micheal said as he placed a kiss on top of Lori's forehead, "Are you going to babysit Lucy today?"
Lori smiled and nodded, "Not until later," she began, "she will be over by the time you get off work, so you will be able to watch her with me."
Micheal grinned and looked down at the picture frame before turning back around to return to the bathroom and fix his hair.
Lori watched him from behind, remembering how they had bumped into each other at the baby depart, quickly learning that they were both soon‐to‐be grandparents. It felt like meeting Micheal was only yesterday, it was so strange to actually know that it had been three years ago.
After Micheal was back in the bathroom to gussy‐up before work, Lori walked towards the kitchen to make herself lunch, still looking back at all of the memories that made her smile.
"Oh, and Lori?" Micheal asked, peeking his head out of the bathroom to look at his wife.
"Yes?" She replied and continued her cooking.
"Officer Danforth called your phone this morning while you were asleep," Micheal began and leaned his body against the wall.
Lori immediately stopped what she was doing and slowly turned to face her husband. She hasn't heard that name in two years, but she remembers who it was.
"Oh did he?" She said while clearing her throat, "What did he need?"
She tried to not sound so nervous, but officer Danforth was the one who talked to Nick about his father when he was only sixteen. He was the man that had found and arrested Robert.
"He told me that it was visiting day at the prison‐" Micheal began but Lori quickly cut him off.
"I don't want to visit that man," She muttered and went back to cooking.
"Well I just thought that I should let you know," Micheal smiled and returned himself to the bathroom.
Lori sighed quietly to herself, she was finally having the life she has always wanted, it was all finally coming together. Nothing should take that away from her.

"Do you want to try again?" Pierce asked Nathan quietly.
Nathan smiles and nods, "please," was all he said.
Pierce and Nathan have been living together ever since Pierce turned eighteen. Once Pierce found out about how horribly Nathan was abused by his step father and his ex ‐ boyfriend Axel, they both worked together of trying to get through the scars that have been left behind. It has been a long process, but it has all been worth it.
The two stare at each other, going through the normal routine they usually do so Nathan can get more comfortable with the relationship they're in, so they can both live happier lives without the stress.
"Alright," Pierce caresses Nathan's cheek and leans in for a kiss.
Nathan presses his lips against Pierce's without flinching or whimpering. Soon, the soft kissing progressed as Nathan placed his hand on the back of Pierce's neck, pulling him closer. Pierce lays a hand on Nathan's thigh, but he tenses.
It's always this part where Nathan gets nervous and then they would stop where they're at and try to continue on for the next day or night.
"I'm sorry."
The two words left Pierce's mouth as he pulled away from Nathan. Pierce looks away from Nathan, his eyes adverting to the plan sheet on the bed. It's not he feels bad if he's pressuring Nathan, he just feels sorry that he has been left in so many scars during his past.
"You have nothing to be sorry about," Nathan whispers and scoots closer to Pierce. "Thanks for sticking around all this time."
Pierce smiles and kisses Nathan's nose. "How could I have not?"
"I love you," Nathan whispers slightly and kisses Pierce fiercely on the lips.
That's the first time he hes ever said those three words. Since they've been taking things slow, they've been waiting to do a lot of stuff with each other for a while. This is the best relationship either boy has ever experienced since they're taking things slow for one's sake.
"I ‐ love ‐ you ‐ too," Pierce says between kisses as they get rougher together.
This is meant to be, both the adult boys think as they progress their actions.
This is it. The book will be over while you're reading these words right now. I'm so thankful that I got to share this book and these beautiful people (that I've come to know real well) with you guys! I hope you join me for my next adventure which will be called "Feel this Moment."
Until I start writing my next book I hope you guys enjoyed the ending of this adventure.
Much Love! -Luka
