MFCS 10: Opening of E.R.R.O.R. [Eng]

Today's the day! The opening of E.R.R.O.R. I'm nervous but excited at the same time. I don't have to worry about anything because everything is all set. The names of the bands that are going to perform at night are already posted. I asked Hiro if he could perform later and he said Yes. Oh, I like him now even more! For my bestfriend, of course.

Speaking of bestfriend, I need to text her about her outfit later. I want her to wear the rocker outfit that I gave to her last Christmas. All of them. She can also use the make-up and the Prada Candy perfume.

As I typed the message, I grinned because I'm thinking about the red and black undies that I gave to her.

To: Courtney Love BFF

I'M COMMANDING YOU TO WEAR THE ROCKER OUTFIT THAT I GAVE TO YOU LAST CHRISTMAS. DON'T LET THEM SPOIL IN YOUR CABINET. ALL OF THEM INCLUDING THE UNDIES HIHI I LOVE YOU :*

All caps for more emphasis. I'm still grinning after sending the message.

The doorbell rang. Just in time 'cause I'm pretty hungry. I ordered club sandwiches from Subway.

The moment I opened the door, the smiling delivery boy nodded at me. I also glanced at the door to my front because it closed at the same time, I heard people talking. Two guys, I bet.

After I say thank you to the delivery boy and paid him, I closed the door immediately. The smell of sandwiches made my stomach growl.

"Welcome to my humble pad." Zandrei smiled the moment we stepped inside.

"You've got a nice pad here." I grinned as I scanned the whole place.

This is indeed a rocker's haven. Big frames with posters of bands hanging on the wall. I spotted our aigned Crossfaith poster. CD racks full of CDs to choose from, local and international artists, the black and blue theme of his pad, three guitars and a drumset on the side. This is just effin' awesome!

"You can stay here as long as you want, bro. I go back here atleast twice a week because my workplace is too far from here. I'm afraid that I can't tour you around that much."

"It's okay, Zandrei. I will do sone exploring." I smiled.

"But here's the good thing about staying here. The person who lives at the pad in front is none other than the young entrepreneur-slash-vlogger Courtney Love Dualan."

My jaw dropped at this revelation. How can I be so lucky?

"Her resto bar E.R.R.O.R. got its opening today. We can hang up there later with Janis. Also, my cousin Marga is one of the staff there."

"Who's Janis?"

"My friend and co-partner. We owned Jandrei's Hangout."

"Sounds pretty cool!"

"I hope you guys can come over the summer. I know that you're all busy with the tour and stuff, but you can take a break or unwind atleast." Zandrei tapped me on the shoulder.

"I'll take a note on that."

"Thanks. So I'll leave you here for a while. I'll be back at 7PM. I'll go to Jandrei's and fetch Janis."

"Take your time, bro."

"If you're hungry grab some food at the kitchen. Sky's the limit. Feel at home." And with that, he left.

I scanned the CD rack and pulled out a CD of a Filipino band named Rivermaya. I checked their songs and found some English titles.

"You'll be safe here." I read one of the song title. I put it in the player and press the number containing this song.

Nobody knows just why we're here
Could it be fate or random circumstance
At the right place at the right time

If I didn't know that they're a Filipino band, I would mistaken them as a foreign band because of the vocalist's way of singing.

While the song is still playing in the living room, my feet dragged me to the kitchen to get some snacks or rather lunch.

"Yeah, I'm on my way to E.R.R.O.R. Just fetch my bestfriend, Wolfy and Hiro, okay? Thanks!"

I locked the door not bothering to look at the door in front of me and I don't have the time to take a look of whoever is standing there at the moment, but I know that someone is standing there looking at me.

I walked hastily to the elevator. I want to be at E.R.R.O.R. an hour earlier before the show starts. I checked the resto bar earlier this morning and I was indeed surprised because a lot of people came to eat breakfast and lunch.

Good thing to start their day right.

I was dumbstruck to open the door to peek on the hallway but instead I found an in a hurry CL.

Damn. She's beautiful even up close. How she gracefully walks even when she's in a hurry. How her scent lingers to my senses.

And that left me with a stupid grin just in time the elevator opened, revealing Zandrei and a girl I assumed as Janis.

"Metal ninja plastering a stupid grin on his face. Could it be because of CL?" Zandrei teased.

"We saw her at the front lobby. She's in a hurry, but she reminded us again to come at E.R.R.O.R. I'm Janis by the way." She said, extending her hand to me.

"Hiro. Nice to meet you."

"Let's go inside. I bet that she saw you?"

"I doubt it. She didn't even bother to look in my direction. She's really in a hurry. Just like the first time that I saw her." He smiled as they sat on the couch.

"You met her already? Where?"

"Tower Records Shibuya in Japan last September. She had no idea about the autograph signing and barely know about my band. I just gave her our album because I heard her talking on a phone and she mentioned it. Teru got to know her name, by the way."

"Terufumi. As always." Zandrei chuckled.

"You bet!"

"Hey bro, you want me to introduce you to her later?Maybe she can remember you."

"No need. I just want to go there unnoticed. You and Janis can go bond with her. I can manage. Jagerbomb will do." I joked and they both laughed.

"Are you sure?" Janis asked.

"More than sure."

"The show starts at 7PM. You want to change or something?"

"Hai."

"Take your time."
