Your bestfriend rocked the house! Tell her that I'm now one of her fans 😊

Napangiti ako sa text message. It's been another tiring night but yeah, he's telling the truth. My bestfriend really rocked E.R.R.O.R. tonight. I sent a reply to him.

To: Loki

Don't worry, I'll tell that to her. Thanks again for dropping by at E.R.R.O.R., and yet you didn't show yourself to me.

A minute after I sent the message, he replied:

From: Loki

In due time, CL 😊Can I call?

I didn't have the chance to reply because my phone is ringing already after I read the text message.

"Hey there, Mr. Loki." I chuckled.

[Hello there, Miss Courtney Love.] he laughed at the other line. I almost sucked my breath because of his voice.

"So you went at E.R.RO.R. again without showing yourself to me? I told you that I won't bite." I teased.

[I'm just being cautious, CL.] And he laughed again. I can't help but to smile.

"Why so mean to me, Loki?"

[I'm just joking. Having a tiresome night?]

"Yeah, Tiring but fulfilling." I put the call on a loudspeaker so that I could change my clothes while talking to him.

[So I guess it's a goodnight, then?]

"After this call. I put you on a loudspeaker because I'm changing my clothes." I bit my lip. Why the heck I told that to him?

[Same here. I'm changing my clothes.]

"Are we talking about destiny here?" I joked and we both laughed.

[Maybe. So let's sleep now?]

"Uh-huh. Thanks for the call, Loki.

[No problem, CL. Goodnight.]

"Sweet dreams to both of us." I smiled widely as I ended the call.

I've been very busy for the past few days. Levin kept bugging me that we should go on a "date", friendly date it is, with Cat. I teased him that I would looked like a chaperone. In return, he teased that I should get a boyfriend now so I told him about Loki.

"Dapat ipakilala mo sa'kin ang Loki na 'yan. What do you think?"

We're having our friendly date here at the park where we used to play when we were little. He said that Cat is unavailable today so it's only the two of us. Levin kinda feel like having a nostalgic feeling at his moment.

"Sa phone lang kami nag-uusap at nagpapalitan ng text messages. Pumupubta rin siya sa resto bar ko pero hindi pa kami personal na nagkikita." I said as I munched some french fries. We're having a picnic on the park.

"Wow. May pagka-mysterious guy, huh? Saan nya nakuha number mo?"

"He's a friend of Zandrei's."

"I see. Why don't you just tell Zandrei to urge Loki to meet you in person?"

"Zandrei and I haven't talked since the opening of E.R.R.O.R. Besides, he and Janis are both busy in their resto bar Jandrei's Hangout."

"But this Loki guy got plans on meeting you in the future?"

"Yeah. He said that he will watch OOR's concert. Plus the fact that he's a good friend of them, especially Toru."

"Your future husband?" Levin teased as he drank his Pepsi.

"You bet!" I grinned.

"You're a lucky girl. But Loki's got my vote instead of Toru."

"Why is that?"

"I have a feeling that the two of you will end up together."

"Playing Cupid this time, Levin?"

"Just saying the truth, CL." He gave me a canned drink.

"But you haven't met Toru yet!"

"Same as Loki. But still, Loki for the win!" He said with fist in the air.

"You're crazy." I shook my head.

"Crazy in love with Cat."

"Ew. So cheesy, Levin." I grimaced.

"Tell that to yourself when you experience the power of love." He teased.

"My goodness! I don't want to be cheesy like you."

He just laughed at me.

"Soon CL, soon. Prepare yourself."

"How soon is now?"

"On ONE OK ROCK's concert." He wiggled his brows at me.

"Yeah right, because I will meet Toru!"

"No. Because you will meet Mr. Mysterious Guy under the name of Loki."

"You really do have faith on that guy, huh?"

"Trust me." He winked.

"Whatever."

"Anyways, your bestfriend's birthday is the same date as OOR's concert?"

"Yeah. I already bought her a ticket."

"That would be her best debut ever."

"Yup! She will get a chance to see her future boyfriend, Taka."

"But I liked the white-haired guy for her."

"Hirota?"

"That's his name? Yes, I like him for Lyric."

"You're indeed a matchmaker now, Lev." I popped some fries in his mouth.

"They have chemistry. The way they performed at E.R.R.O.R. They both rocked the house down!" he said after chewing the food.

"Agree to that!"

"Her to Hirota. You to Loki."

"Goodluck to your pairing." I just shook my head.

It's almost dark when we left the park. I really had a good time with my childhood friend Levin Araneta.
