Forgotten (Ashely Purdy Sister)

Chapter 10

I wake up and feel a soft blanket covering me. My vision is blurry and I can make out a vague shape of a person beside me. 

I move my head side to side and groan. The person beside me says something, but I can't hear. Slowly my vision sharpens and my hearing returns. It's Kat sitting by me. "Hey Sam jam" I groan "What happened?" A dark look crosses her face "Andy and Jinxx triggered your water fear thing"

Yeah about that, when I was 7 I tried swimming under a waterfall and at the time I wasn't that strong. The water pummeled me down and I almost drowned. So now, any water dumped on me in a large amount causes me to have a panic attack.

I squint my eyes at Kat "Where are we?" "On the bus, I sent the boys away. Except Ashley, he's outside" I slowly sit up "Oh I'm going to kill Andy" I mumble. Kat snorts "Not if I get to it first" 

She looks at me "Let's go get you some dry clothes" I nod and numbly follow her out of the bus. Outside I see Ashley pacing back and forth. When he sees me he rushes over and gives me a hug. "Thank god you're ok" He pulls away and looks me in the eyes "That scared the Shit out of me" I take a shaking breath "All good here, just in desperate need of some dry clothes."

He looks at Kat "Need any help?" She shakes her head, "Na, I got it, but you can go tell the boys shes awake and Ok." He nods and heads of. Kat helps me into the van where she pulls out my grey sweatpants and beloved Seahawks t shirt. She helps me out of my wet clothes and helps me into the dry ones. (Yes, she saw me naked. No big freakin deal)

"Let's go back to the bus and see if they have any aspirin, we don't have any in here" I nod and she leads me back to the bus. On the bus I curl up with my beloved Wonder Woman blanket, whilst Kat searches for Aspirin. 

"How could they not have any in here?" She asks while digging through a drawer. "I don't know" I manage to croak out. She opens another drawer and gags "I mean seriously, they have a drawer full of condoms!" She says while holding up a handful.  I giggle. 

"Ah-ha! Found some!" She shakes 2 into my hand and brings me a large bottle of water. "Drink up Sam-jam" She says and she sits down. I down the aspirin and chug half of the water bottle unaware of how thirsty I was. I look over at Kat "How long was I out" She thinks for a moment "Eh only 5 hours this time" I nod. Last time I was out for over 10 hours. 

The door of the bus flies open and Jake, Jinxx and CC are in front of me asking questions. "Are you ok?" Asks CC. I nod. "Did you have cool dreams like they do in the movies?" Asks Jake. Jinxx punches him "Don't ask her things like that!"

I laugh and yell them "I'm all good" I look down sadly "But I didn't have any dreams, sorry"

Jinxx looks up at me "I'm really sorry I dunked you with water and caused you to go into comatose" I take his hand because he looks like he might burst into tears, "Hey, it's ok, You didn't know about it" I shrug "I probably shouldn't even have participated in the water fight"

I look up "So where is Ashley and Andy?"  Jake announces that "Ashley got caught by a group of girls, and Andy..." He looks at the door "Was right behind us" "I wonder where he went" Ponders CC.

Footsteps enter the bus "I'm right here"  We look up and see Andy. Kat gives him a look that could kill, then kill your afterlife spirit. He looks down at his feet "I'm sorry Sam that I almost killed you" he says

I feel a smile creep across my face. Then i begin laughing. Andy's head snaps up with a "what the fuck?" face.  "What?" He asks. I giggle "You look like a school boy apologizing for pulling a girls braids" He smiles at that and begins laughing and soon everybody else does. 

Our laughter slowly fades away "Yes Andy, you are forgiven" He looks up and smiles. I yawn and snuggle deeper into the blanket. I hear the boys and Kat chatter, but I slowly slip away to sleep.
