Chapter 7: weekend sleepover

We left the party at 2 am, but we werent tired.

“Lets go to the lake” John said, he was sitting in the back next to Alex.

He seriously couldnt stop smiling at her, and she couldnt stop smiling at him. I was so happy for them. John hadnt drank at all at the party, Alex had 2 drinks, I had none (I stuck with water, I couldnt handel alchohol) and Jake had 5. We got to the creek and we layed out two big blankets, Alex snuggled up next to John and I did the same with Jake. I looked over at them about ten minutes later to see them making out.

“Gross” I said to Jake, who laughed.

We got up to give them privacy and climed down the small cliff and walked on the beach by the lake. It was beautiful, the sky was pitch black and the stars were out, and it was really warm, about 75.

“Jane” Jake said, rubbing his eyes.

“Yeah”

“I like  you alot.”

he said. I looked at him. “I like you alot too.”

We started kissing and i started tugging at his shirt.

“Are you a virgin” he asked

“Yeah

” “Me too”

“Good, we can loose it to eachother.” i said, kissing him again and tugging his shirt again.

He stopped kissing me. “no not right now” he said.

I looked at him hurt. “you dont want me?” I asked, my eyes swelling with tears.

“No, no, no I do. Believe me, i really do, but Im kind of drunk Jane, and I would like it to be more special” he said.

This was true, he was kind of drunk. “Oh okay.” I said. I sat down on the sand, and he sat next to me.

“Dont be mad” he said.

“im not” i said back blankly.

“Jane, come on.” He said laughing, grabbing my sides. I started laughing and he chased me around the beach.

“Would you two shut up!” I heard Alex yell.

We both laughed and Jake and I sat back down. I layed my head back on the sand, letting my hair down out of my bun and into its natural soft waves. He layed beside me, and kissed my check.

“Your gorgeous” he said.

“I love you.” i said.

We were all majorly tired and Jake and John had nowhere to go since both of them would get busted. No one was home at my house, my brother was in college and my grandmother was never home, the nanny was asleep downstairs. We all went into my room and Alex and I took the bed and John and Jake took the floor.

“Jane its not fair you get to sleep with my girlfriend” John moaned from the ground staring at us. Alex giggled, I put my arms around her and a leg,

“shes mine” I said back.

Alex pulled me into her and we layed cuddled together laughing. We all fell fast asleep about 5 minutes later, and didnt wake up until 11 the next day. We got dressed, Alex and I in cute sleep shorts and adorable loose vneck shirts tied to the side with our hair up in a messy bun. We looked totally desiarable. John and Jake had their shirts off revealing their 6 packs and were in their shorts. We went in to the kitchen and made breakfast, pancakes, eggs and bacon. Alex and John cooked the eggs together and Jake and I cooked the pancakes. Alex and John giggled and teased eachother, stopping to kiss every once in a while. Jake put pancaked dough on my nose, so I put some on his lips.
