Chapter 22.: {Grants view}

Grants view

"Class over" my teacher said.

I grabbed my books and saw John montioning to me. I walked over to him.

"lunch?" he asked?

"sure".

We walked to the cafeteria and got in line.

"So last night" John said, "I feel so bad".

I shook my head, "Its not your fault, its not any of our faults its his fault" i said.

"No she was with me and i just thought of my self and let her go" he said.

"John seriously no".

He looked down. "What do you think of Jane" he asked

. I thought about this. "Well first shes beautiful, exotic looking. She seems like a great person." i said.

John nodded.

"Are you close to her?" i asked.

"Really close, shes practically my little sister, all senior year me,jake, jay and al did everything together. Whenever we were in fights with the jake or Alex, Jane and I would go to the cliffs all night and talk about our lifes and everything happening." he said.

"Oh" i replied. So they were reeealllly close.

"Do you like her?" he asked.

"Yeah she seems cool"

"No, like like her?"

I thought about this. I did like like her. "Yeah, do you think I have a chance with her?" I asked.

John shook his head. "not if shes still with Jake"

"Last night she said she was going to break up with him"

John looked up at me. "You were with her last night??" He asked.

"i found her sitting outside in the cold crying, when I asked her what was wrong she said she didnt have anywhere to stay so I let her stay at my place. She didnt tell me what was wrong until this morning." i said defending my self.

'oh. ok" John said.

We got our food and ate at a table in the back with a bunch of other guys and girls.
