John sat next to me.
“Sorry i can move!” I said.
“No its fine, i dont sit next to anyone!” he said.
I nodded and looked down. The teacher came in and started to talk,
“Today class you will be working with you lab partner!”
great i thought. John smiled at me.
“You will be getting to know eachother, new year, new friends. Now start” The teacher said, passing out sheets with questions to ask our partner.
I grabbed the sheet and looked at the questions. Great, There are realationship questions i thought.
“Ill start” John said, i nodded.
“Who is your role model”
“Karlie Kloss.”
”The super model?”
“Yes”
“And why is that?”
“Because shes my mentor”
He looked at me suprised. “You model”
“Please dont tell anyone!”
“It makes sense now, you are super tall, like 5'11, thin, gorgeous, you have to put all your beauty to a cause and make everyone in the world happy with your sight!” he said grinning.
“No seriously i dont want people finding out”
“Why not?!”
“Because they will judge me”
“No they wont”
“yes they will thats what happend at my old school”
“is that why you moved?”
“Maybe.”
“Wow”
“wow what”
He looked at me enchanted. “Im in awe of you” he said, making me blush.
“Can i see your portfolio sometime?”
“sure, but you have to promise not to tell a soul. Not even Andrew, Matt, Jack or Jay. And exspecially not Jake.”
“I wont i promise. Whats with you and Jake? Ive seen you both together alot this week.”
"I guess we are talking”
“No!”
“yes.”
He frowned. “that means i cant have you.”
I laughed. I couldnt belive i just told him about my job. I havent even told jake. Was i double guessing my desision? John was really growing on me.
“Im really confused.” i said.
“About what?”
I stopped, i hadnt meant to say that out loud. I shook my head, “Never mind”
“No tell me”
“I will another time, when I show you the pictures.”
“Its a date” he said.
Date. Its a date. It couldnt be a date. I couldnt think of John like that, I need to think of Jake like that.
“I really like you Jane” john said.
“Im sorry John, I cant.” I said, not finishing my sentance.
