Raven's Pov
After I left Roman's house I made my way to my own home. Ok I was surprised that Roman asked me if I wanted to go to lunch with him. As of right now I'm still shocked. I pulled up to my house,opened my door and as I walked in I was confronted with questions from my sisters and brothers. "Where the hell were you Raven?" My little sister Aidan asked. "Are you ok? Why didn't you call us?" Vatani fallowed. "You had us worried sick Raven. Why didn't you come home?" Warez questioned.

They kept hitting me with questions and I was about to snap but my our father stop the questions. "That's enough! You three go upstairs.. while Raven and I have a talk." My dad said angrily. They all went upstairs leaving me with my dad who had an angry look on his face. "Go in the living room and sit on the sofa. I'll meet you in there." He ordered. I hated when he scolds me. Ever since I started practicing magic in the house at 14 he scolded me. He came in the living room and sat in the recliner. I hid the
Nomicon behind me so he wouldn't see it. "Raven I saw it already so its useless to hide it from me." He said. I sighed in defeat and placed it on my lap. "Warez told me about the werewolf you saved from that bar fight. He also told me that you went to the same werewolf's house and healed one of them. Am I missing anything?" He asked.

I shook my head no and this made him angrier. "Raven after all the discipline I teach you and your brother and sisters I expect the disobedience from Aidan because of her rebel like personality but you I don't like this one bit." He said rubbing his temples. "Dad all do respect I'm not the future slayer you want me to be. I'm half sorceress and the sorceress side is more powerful than the want and lust of being a slayer." I said. "Raven stop being delusional. This sorceress crap is a curse and I wish you had more slayer DNA instead on sorceress DNA." I was surprised at his request. He didn't mean that did he? "Dad you don't mean that. Being half sorceress maybe crazy but you just have to accept that I am. Ever since I was born, the sorceress council told you what I was and you didn't settle down with that but mom told you that I was special and you was calm with that." I said. My dad's eyes soften and he sighed.

My mom was a touchy subject to him. Don't get me wrong he loves her but when she uses her powers it makes him uncomfortable. "Dad I can't change who I am and I'm sorry. This is who I am and I can't shake the fact that I am what I am. You just have to live with it ok?" I asked him. He sighed and looked up at me with a weak smile. "Raven I'm sorry for snapping at you. It's just that this sorceress thing is worrying me. You maybe 29 but you're still my daughter and I will care for you no matter what. Its just that you're still learning and I don't want your powers to get out of control and hurt you." He said. I grabbed my dad's hand and looked into his brown eyes. "Dad I appreciate that you're watching out for me but I can do this. Please trust me on this." I ask. He sighed and smiled. "Ok ok fine." I smiled at his answer. I hugged him.

He may be hard on us because we're his kids but when it comes to our safety he'll stand over us until we get the hang of it. "Dad I promise to you that I'll be careful with my powers. Just trust me. Now that we have an understanding I have to get ready for lunch." I said running up the stairs. "Who are you going with and were?" I turned around and faced him. "Just a friend invited me to lunch with him. Were just going to a local diner." I said running to my room. As much as I didn't want to lie to him but he can't know that I'm going to lunch with Roman other words describing him as a werewolf. He would explode and even more worse he'll kill Roman himself.
