Ch26

Roman's Pov

I woke up with the sun shining in my face. I also woke up with a pounding headache. My eyes gazed around the cage that I was in and I remembered that Ms. Arie brought Raven home. I groaned and sat up. I saw my cloths in the corner of the cage. By the way I'm in my human form. I slipped my clothes on and sighed. Today my dad will be coming here to check up on me,awesome. Hint the sarcasm.

My mom said that my dad will meet Raven for the first time. Anger and worry grew in me. My wolf whined and howled in sorrow. "Just get this over with. Hey at least Raven going to be her again. That's on the positive side." I said. I unlocked the cage door and went upstairs to see Dean and Seth watching TV. "Looks like the Beast is back to a Beauty again." Dean teased and bit into his apple.

I growled at him and he put his hands in the air in surrender. "First Raven punched me because I said that and now you growl at me. By the way, she hits like you. My arm still hurt man." I snickered and went into the kitchen. I came back to the living room with a pear. "Before your dad and Raven come,I highly suggest you to clean up a bit. There's blood in your hair and on your face." Seth said. I touched my cheek and I saw some blood on my hands. I nodded and went upstairs. I ate my pear and picked out some clean cloths. I pulled out a white,short sleeve button down shirt with some khaki jeans. Once my clothes were on my bed I went to the bathroom to take a shower.

After 10 or 15 minutes I got out,dried off and put my cloths on. My hair was still wet though. I used a small towel to dry my hair and I put my hair in a ponytail. After that I brushed my teeth,put my shoes on and went downstairs. Once I was downstairs I saw my mom and my dad talking to Dean and Seth. My dad looked at me and I just had no emotion on my face. "Roman,your mom told me what happened. Are you ok?" He asked. "Yea I'm fine." I said trying to hide the anger in my voice.

My dad stood up and walked up to me and looked me dead in my eyes. "Roman what you've done could of put our kind in danger. I thought I taught you better." He scolded. "Well its not like did it by choice because I didn't want to. I tried stopping but I couldn't because you pushed me and my wolf over the edge." I shot back.
He gave me a surprised look. Then it turned cold and angry. "Its about that non wolf isn't it?! I told you to cut your connection with her!" He yelled. "I will not cut my connection with her. You only want me to because shes different. I don't care if shes different. I love her for her. Hell you can exile me if you want. I don't care. All I know is that she loves me for me and I love her for her! No matter the difference!" I said yelling at him. Everyone stared at me in shock.

My dad and I were in each others faces. Then the doorbell rings. Raven's scent filled my nose. My mom went to open the door and Raven and Ms. Arie came in. "Hey Ms. Patricia." Raven said. I rushed to her,cupped her cheeks and kissed her with all the passion I have. She was surprised but relaxed and kissed back. I stopped kissing her,connected my forehead to hers and looked in her eyes. "Roman what was that for?" Raven asked while catching her breath. "To show my dad that our love for each other is special and can't be broken." I said rubbing my thumb on her cheek.

Raven and I turned towards my dad and I pulled her close. My hand on her waist. My dad looked at Raven and then his gaze went to her slayer mark. "A slayer Roman! You love a slayer. For years slayer had killed our ancestors and our kind. Now you love a slayer! I will never allow this! This is unacceptable!" My dad yelled. Out of fear Raven hid a bit behind me. Her big green hazel eyes looked up at me. I gave her a reinsuring smile and told her its ok. "Dad shes not a slayer. She may have the mark but she doesn't slay." I said. I grabbed her right arm gently and showed my dad her sorceress mark.

His eyes widened and stared at me. "She's also a sorceress dad. She's a hybrid. Her mom is a sorceress and her dad is a slayer. Raven have more sorceress DNA than slayer DNA.  Shes special. Yea she maybe different but I put those difference aside and I look inside. Inside, I see a a beautiful woman who's smart,kind, loving and strong. Who'll do anything to protect anyone. I see a woman who would fight against the odds. I love her with a burning passion dad. You may not like her but I love her and only her. Nothing less and nothing more." I said rubbing her arm.

Raven squeezed my hand and smiled at me. I smiled back. I looked up at my mom to see her crying with tears of joy. My dad had a blank expression on his face. I entwined my fingers with Raven's and kissed her forehead. "Roman do you really love her?" My dad asked. "With all my heart." I said. He looked at Raven and I was ready for what's coming next. "Sweetheart, what's your name?" My dad asked. Well I didn't see this coming." Its Raven Hunter,sir." Raven said. My dad nodded and sighed. "You know Raven, Roman is my only son and I want him to be happy." He started. "I wanted him to have the perfect mate when he takes over as Alpha. I thought the Moon Goddess would do her job but I guess faith has other plans for my son." He walked over to Raven and I and smiled. "I can see the happiness between you both. The love and passion is strong. The bond between you two is growing and I just have to accept it." He said. "So what are you saying dad?" I asked. He smiled grew and put his hand on my shoulder. "I'm say that I just have to learn how to adapt. You love Raven so  much and seeing you happy makes me happy. So Roman, as Alpha I accept Raven as your mate. She'll be accepted by the pack as soon as myself and your mom return."
