Patricia Pov

It was 9:30am now and Sika was still asleep. At 4:00am I woke up and couldn't go back to sleep. I kept thinking about what Sika had said. He thinks Roman made a horrible choice in mate. In my heart Roman has chosen a perfect mate in Raven. Yes I know the Moon Goddess is in charge of paring mates but I have to admit this paring is way out of her reach.

I got up quietly and got dressed. Today I decided to visit Arie. Its been a while but word got around saying a sorceress is here in Portland. I knew it had to be Arie because of Raven. After getting dressed I wrote Sika a note telling him that I'm going to sight see around Portland. Which I'm going to do before visiting Arie. While I was out I went to a local Starbucks to get some coffee. I was enjoying my coffee until a conversation peeked my interest.

I used my wolf hearing to get a better listen. "Did you hear about that wolf attack in the forest last night? It was all over the news." A young guy asked. "Yea. They said that the wolf had attacked and killed a group of campers. One of them got away though." The other guy said. I clenched my jaw and my eyes widened. I had a feeling that Roman had killed those campers. His wolf tend to get a lot violent and bloody when he's angry.

I listened some more to get more details. "Also the sheriff said that she, some of the officers and animal control will track down the wolf and put it down. They're doing the right thing. Take that fur ball out of its misery." The young guy added. A not formed in my throat. They're trying to kill my son. I shot up,left and went to see Arie. Arie's scent grew stronger and stronger. I found myself in front a rather large house.

I ranged the doorbell and waited. Seconds later my best friend opened the door. "Patricia?" Arie asked. "In the flesh Rie-Rie." I said smiling. Arie pulled me inside and gave me a big hug. "Patricia its be a while since I saw you. How's everything?" Arie asked me. "Been good for a while but as of now,not so good." I said honestly.
Arie looked at me for a minute and sighed. "Its about Roman I believe?" She asked. I nodded and sighed. "Last night Roman went on a rampage. He attacked and killed a group of campers. One of them survived, thankfully." I said.

I noticed a tear was coming down my cheek and Arie wiped it away. "They're trying to find and kill my son." I said. Arie's eyes widened. I don't how to protect my son at this moment. I love my son and I want him safe. Knowing that he's in danger makes me very worried sick to my stomach. "Arie, Roman is in danger. What if Sika finds out? He'll go crazy. This would of never happened if Sika didn't yell at Roman for willingly choosing your daughter as his mate. Why can't he see that Raven is perfect for Roman?" I asked.

"How did you know Raven was Roman's mate?" Arie asked smiling weakly. "Roman told me. He said that Raven makes him so happy and loved. He said that she might be different but she's the same in heart. He treats her like the queen she's soon to be. He loves her so much and he said he'll do anything to protect her." I said. "Do you see a future with Roman and Raven together?" She asked. "Oh yes. I do see them together. Their future looks bright and I do see them as future Alpha and Luna. Raven may not be experienced but with the support from you and Roman and my guidance she'll be perfect. The question is how can we show Sika and the Moon Goddess that they are meant to be together?" I asked.

Arie thought for a second. "I have a plan but it will take some time." Arie said. "Alright... spill it." I said. "What if we introduced Raven to Sika. Yea Sika may have a fit but you'll be there to calm him down." She explained. "Ok but what about her slayer mark? Sika will know that she's a slayer." I asked. "Yea but she also have a sorceress mark. I'll explain to him that she's a hybrid. She may have the slayer mark but she doesn't slay. She have more sorceress DNA than slayer DNA." She continued. "Ok but how'll we get the Moon Goddess to understand?" I questioned. "We can only ask that hope and love can find a way." She sighed.(Reference to Lion King 2)

I nodded and sighed. "This is going to be hard but we'll work it out." I said. Arie grabbed my hand and chuckled. "Of course we'll work it out. We're the Sorceress-Wolf Connection or the SWC for short." She smiled.
(Rock n' Sock connection). "You still remember that name?" I laughed. "Of course! When we became friends for the first time I was already excited to move to the best friend stage." Arie said laughing.

I signed and smiled. I looked up to see Arie smiling her butt off. "Where did the time go Arie?" I asked. "Well if I recall we gotten married to the men we love with a passion, we had kids; you had one and I have four, and you my friend became a Luna and I became a full time sorceress. Now your son and my daughter are madly in love with each other." She said. Wow she still have that sarcastic gloating. "Sarcasm will get you in trouble one day." I laughed. "Its been years and my sarcasm haven't gotten me in trouble. I'm on a golden streak." She laughed.

Arie stood up and put on her jacket. "What are you doing?" I asked. "Well if we're going to find your son before the sheriff does then we should get going." She said. I nodded and stood up. We were going to take my car but Arie insisted on teleportation. What ever floats her boat. I just want my son safe.
