Roman Pov.

I was beyond stressed. I didn't want to rush this but it happen. My mom and dad left. Seth,Dean and Trinity followed. Leaving Raven and I by ourselves. I felt guilty on so many levels. Now because of me, she have to go through the pain and agony of being a wolf. I can't do anything else but help her get through this.

I sat next to Raven's hospital bed and held her hand. Not letting her hand go and not removing my gaze from her. I continued to grieve until I felt Raven squeeze my hand a little bit. Her eyelids fluttered open, revealing her beautiful green eyes. "Roman..?" She asked weakly asked. "I'm right here baby. I'm right here." I said caressing her cheek. Raven put her hand on mine smiled weakly. "Roman what happened?" She asked. I sighed and rubbed my thumb over her cheek.
"Long story but because of my bite mark, your in the emergency wing of the PackHouse." I said.

Raven nodded and look down. I lifted her head and she was trying to hide her fear but I could sense it. "Raven, please tell me your not afraid of me?" I asked with my voice cracking. She didn't say anything. "Raven answer me." I said raising my voice. She flinched and looked away from me. "Raven answer me please." I begged.
"Roman...I'm not scared of you." Raven said lowly. She tried to be brave but she was failing badly.
"Raven, I'm sorry. Its just that when you went missing, I lost it. I couldn't think straight. The thought of you hurt somewhere and I'm not there to help you scares me." I said in a low voice.

Raven sat up and sighed. "Roman, Sami saved my life from Invidia. She was going to kill me but Sami chased her off. He brought me to his home and fixed the damage that was done by Invidia. Sami didn't hurt me in anyway. While Sami was bringing me home, he was nervous that you might kill him. When you went after him, I had to step in." She said. I looked at her into her hazel green eyes. "So Sami really did changed." I said. Raven nodded. Great..now I feel like a total ass. Sami was telling the truth.

I looked down at Raven's ankle and I mentality scolded myself. The thoughts of her going through the pain of shifting is killing me.
"Raven, I'm so sorry. Because of me, you're going to be miserable. Seeing you going through the pain and agony, is going to torture to me. I hate myself for doing this to you." I sobbed.
Then I felt her hand run through my hair. She inched closer to me and cupped my cheek with her other hand. "Stop beating yourself up, Roman. This isn't going to change my feelings for you at all. I was shot with an arrow and a bullet ok. I can handle your bite. Whatever pain comes my way, I'll be ready. I know you and the pack will help me. This is just another part in life we have to go through together." She said.

That shut me up quickly. Its like she's ready to the take this wolf transformation process head on. I sighed and nodded. "Ok...but what if something goes wrong?" I asked. Raven thought for a second. "We'll deal with that when the time comes."
