Continuing from Chapter 27

Sika Pov.

After Adrian accepted Roman and Raven being together he went to talk to Roman in private. Patrica went to talk to Raven in private as well. Dean and Seth went upstairs. Which left Arie and I by ourselves. "Arie do you think this will work? I mean once Roman and Raven are bonded as one do you think this will display peace between humans and the supernatural beings?" I asked sitting down on the couch. Arie sat down and sighed. "Sika this is going to work. I know it will. We just have to make sure nothing bad happens." "But what about the rouge n' rabid werewolves? The Hep-V vampires? They're going to be a threat to the pack if they find out that Roman and Raven are together." I said.

Arie thought for a minute. Then an idea came to her. "Sika, every alpha that finds their mate must bring them to the PackHouse right?" She asked me. I nodded and she continued. "If Roman brings Raven to the PackHouse today would she be under the protection off the whole pack?" I nodded. "Is it ok with you if  Roman can bring Raven today? She'll move in with ywidened. I'm mean that's what new Lunas do. They move into their mates PackHouse. She'll be protected." I thought for a sec and nodded. Arie nodded as well. We called everyone back in the living room. Roman and Raven were hand and hand.

I looked towards Arie and she nodded. "The reason we called all of you back here is that Raven must move into our PackHouse today asap." Adrian eyes widened,Dean and Seth had surprised looks written on their faces and Roman and Raven looked at each other. Raven had concern on her face. "Dad its to soon. I can't take her away from her family. She'll miss them. Can I give her some time so she can spend some time with her family?" I shook my head no. As much as I didn't want to but I had to. This will protect Raven from the Hep-Vs and Rogues.

"Roman its to dangerous for her to stay at her home. Shes to special. Roman do you remember when I told you about the Hep-V vampires and rouge n' rabid werewolves?" Roman nodded and I continued. "I have a feeling that they'll be a threat to you and Raven. Especially Raven. If they get their hands on her no telling what will happen." I said. Roman nodded and look towards Raven. "Come on. I'll bring you to your home and help you pthem" Raven nodded and left the house.

Adrian looked at me with concern. "Don't worry Adrian we'll take care of her. Dean and Seth pack your stuff as well. We're leaving as soon Ravens done packing. Patricia can you pack Roman's stuff?" She nodded and all three of them went upstairs. "Sika please take care of her." Arie said. I nodded and left.

Roman Pov

Raven and I were done packing. I kept stealing glances at her the whole time. I felt her sadness and my wolf whined. As much as I wanted for her to spend some time with her family I couldn't risk it. The Hep-V vampires and rouge n' rabid werewolves came to mind. They're a threat to my dad's pack and to my mate. Raven sat on her bed for the last time and sighed. I sat next to her,pulled her into a hug. Her head was on my chest. I cradled her,rocked her side to side and muffled to her.

Raven started sniffing. She was crying. I knew she didn't want to leave but its what's best for her. "Raven please don't cry. I know you don't want to leave but you have to. Its not safe here for you. The only way to keep you safe is for you to stay at the PackHouse. I don't know what I'll do with myself if you gotten hurt or worse." I said with my voice cracking.
Raven looked up at me and smiled weakly. I didn't even notice that I had a tear going down my cheek. Raven wiped it away. "I understand Roman. Do you think once I get settled in, can my family can visit?" She asked. "Well I'll have to check with my mom and dad on that but I don't see why not." I said.

Raven smiled and kissed the tip of my nose. I smiled and kissed her forehead. Then my dad summoned me through via mind link. He's here with my mom,Dean and Seth. "Come on,my dad,mom and the guys are waiting for us." I said grabbing her suitcases. We walked down stairs and said goodbye to her sisters,brother and Becky. After that we walked out the house and to my dad's car. I put Raven's stuff in the trunk and sat in the back with her. I sensed her nervousness and she had an uneasy feeling about this. I held her hand and gave her a reassuring smile. Raven smiled back and laid her head on my shoulder. The ride to the PackHouse is 5 hours long. As we drove on,Raven grew tired. I told her to catch some Z's and once she was sleep I went to sleep myself.
