Ch14

Warez's Pov

After Raven attended my wounds and injures she tried to compel me to forget about the fight between those two mutts and myself. I faked that I listening and nodded to her request. Then she told me to rest. Once she was done she left me in her room on her bed. While I was resting I was thinking of ways to get my revenge on all three of those flea bags. Roman thinks he have my sister wrapped around his little finger but he thought wrong. Speaking of Raven I just don't know what to do with her anymore. I had a perfect shot on Roman until she used her sorceress powers to stop the dart.

Sometimes I wish she didn't have those damn powers. I continued to think until someone came in. I looked up to see my dad. He walked to me and sat on the edge of the bed. "Raven told me you'll be up here." He said with a light chuckle. "Dad this isn't no laughing matter. They did this to me." I said referring to my bruised up body. Seriousness started growing on his face. "Dad I'm telling you. They have Raven rapped up in all this. Especially Roman. He's been close with Raven. To close at that. We need to stop him before he gets the idea of turning her or even worse." I said with anger in my voice.

My dad looked at me and nodded. "I don't want your sister;my daughter to be a pawn in a werewolf's game." He said. "I agree but there's three of them. We need to take out the big dog that's the biggest threat to us." I said. My dad agreed and I limped to my laptop that Raven brought for me,grabbed it and went back to the bed. "What are you doing son?" My dad asked. "Do you remember Tyler and Becky?" I asked. "Yea why?" "Well Tyler found out about that Becky is a full sorceress. A powerful one at that. She knows more than Raven. She can perform any spell to keep Raven here." I said. "Ok so what else?" My dad asked. "Keep Raven inside until they come. Also Tyler has been slayer training lately. He said that since its 2 days left till the full moon, he offered us his help." I said. My dad nodded and walked to the door. "Dad where are you going?" He turned around and looked at me. "I'm going to check up on Raven. She's been quiet. I'll check up on you champ." With that he left and went downstairs.

Adrian's Pov

Once I left Warez I went to check on Raven. Warez made a serious yet true point. Raven has been spending time with Roman for the past 3 days. By the looks of it Roman is taking his time to woo her and by the time this gets to far he'll already made her to loyal towards himself. I was now downstairs to see Raven reading her Nomicon. I walked to her and sat next to her. "Raven what's with the Nomicon? You rarely read it. So why now?" I asked. "Dad yesterday I discovered a new power. Warez almost shot Roman with a Wolfsbane dart but I stopped it. I don't know how." She said flipping a page. I looked at her with confusion. Her mom told me since she's a hybrid she gain a new power every few years. This is the second power this year. Her first was to perform and conduct healing spell. "It looks like your sorceress side is growing stronger and its growing in a fast rate. That's probably why you're spending time with a werewolf." I said trying to not sound angry at her.

She looked at me and gave me and angry glair. "Dad are you being serious right now?! Its not my fault that I'm what I am! Hell to be completely honest with you it's nobodies fault. I accept who I am! I accept the powers that grow within me! Plus...I accept accept him for what he is!" Raven yelled. She never yelled at me like this. Is she really defending him? "Raven stop this non since! He's a monster! A flesh eating,cold hearted monster! Can you see that he's using you just for protection?!" I questioned. "He's not using me. For the pass 3 days he treated me with respect. Nothing more and nothing less. Were just friends." She defended. Raven got up and headed to the door but I blocked her. "Where do you think your going?" I asked her.

She stepped back folded her arms. "I'm going to apologize to Roman for my outburst. That what friends do." She said. She tried to move but I block her again. "I don't think so sweety." I looked behind her to see Warez, Tyler and Becky. Becky had a glowing orb in her hand. I'm guessing that's one of her powers. "And why is that?" Raven asked. That's was the last thing she said when Becky shot her in the back with her power. Raven fell to the ground with a light thud.
