'I hope she's alright' he thought as he wrote down the notes the teacher had on the board.

Last night, Virgo shut off Lucy's alarm clock. She knew that today was going to be a hard one and wanted the girl to get as much sleep as she could. Early in the morning, Virgo left the apartment to visit the cemetery. She didn't want to stay too long knowing that Lucy would be there soon and that she liked being alone. Virgo called up a friend and they decided that they would meet up today. She got in her car and left. The rain had started to get heavier but she was a careful driver. Not everyone was careful on rainy days though and one person happened to prove it.
'I'm sorry, Lucy' Virgo thought as she was consumed by darkness.

Meanwhile, in the girl's room, her and Plue lay asleep in bed. The white kitten was sleeping on a pillow next to Lucy's head. Rain was pouring by now. It was pounding against the window creating a noise loud enough to wake the sleeping girl. Groggily looking around, she noticed that if she went to school, she'd be in her second class by now. She felt a little bad for leaving Natsu there alone but then remembered that even though he doesn't talk to them, her friends took a liking to him and are most likely with him.
Lucy looked out the window and figured she'd wait a little longer to see if the rain dies down a bit before heading out. She pat the small kittens head and stepped out of bed. She flinched a bit at the cold hard floor but ignored it and headed for the bathroom to get ready for the day ahead. When she was finished, she went to her closet and grabbed a light pink sweater and dark jeans. She added a raincoat over it and grabbed an umbrella.
The rain didn't slow very much but she didn't want to wait much longer. Lucy couldn't get the flowers this time because she didn't want them to be ruined from the rain. Tomorrow will be a better day so she'll stop by and bring some after school. The young adult headed for the spot her parents were buried and sat down on the wet grass.
Every year, Lucy would sum up what happened and tell stories to her parents. Sure she visited them other days but she felt like the day they passed away is the day she'd go and tell them everything that's happened to her.
Natsu was the subject this year. She was happy to have gotten through to him and even told her parents of the nasty rumors of him. She explained that she didn't care about those because she hadn't seen him do any of what everyone said. Lucy also told her parents that she helped him get more friends, although, he won't talk to them just yet.
After being there for a little more than two hours in the pouring rain, Lucy decided that it was time to go home. She was quite cold and was sure that by tomorrow, she'd catch one too. When Lucy entered her apartment, she found Plue waiting by the door. Quietly passing him, she walked into the kitchen and gave him the food she had forgotten to give him that morning. The blonde was tired from being in the rain and talking for so long. She headed off to her room and changed into a pair of sweatpants and a t-shirt. Lucy quickly jumped into bed and noticed her phone flashing. She ignored it and decided to check it out later as she couldn't keep her eyes open. What the tired blonde didn't know, was the reason behind her flashing phone. She didn't think anything of it but when she woke up a couple hours later, she saw the number and called quickly hoping it wasn't something serious.
"We need you to come down to the hospital. Virgo isn't doing so well" and with that, Lucy hung up and ran out of the apartment, pajamas and all.
