Addisyn sat in her room; she thought it was time to talk to Dante about a few things she called him and asked him if he was busy, he told her he'd stop by her house before the gym. Addisyn heard a knock on the doorbell. It was Dante.
"I'll get it!" She yelled running down the steps before anyone else could get to the door. She opened the door and there was Dante.
"What's up Baby?" He said. She smiled.
"Hey." She said hugging him.
"Damn baby, its been a minute since we talked, I know I been real busy, I barely had time to call you, but I'm a make it up to you this weekend." He told her as he tried to enter her house. She smiled.
"Oh well actually, I was hoping maybe we could go for a walk." She said. He looked at her.
"Alright baby, whatever makes you happy." He said. She sighed.

"SIX MONTHS, FUCKING SIX MONTHS AND YOU TELLING ME IT'S OVER!" Dante yelled. He was actually taking the news that Addisyn wanted to break up better than expected she was just hoping he'd be a little better when she told him who it was.
"You said yourself you haven't had time for me, and besides we're going to graduate in a few of months, we're going to college next year and I think we should just end it." She said. Dante sighed.
"Addy please, I love you. I would do anything for you. Don't you know that? I can't believe that after six months of the prefect relationship and you just want to say good-bye." He said.
"It wasn't perfect Dante. You barely made time for me." She said.
"I've been doing the best that I can. Between basketball and school it's hard to make time for anything extra. I'm trying to go to recruited. I thought you understood." Dante said.
"I'm sorry." Addy said almost in tears.
"Who is it?" He asked.
"What?" She asked confused.
"You heard me, who's the guy that has you second guessing our relationship?" He asked. Addy hesitated for a minute.
"Tandie's bro...brother." She said quietly. He turned around and looked at her.
"DES! YOU LEAVING ME FOR A FUCKING DRUGLORD!" He yelled. Addisyn ran over and covered his mouth with her hand.
"Shh! Do you want people to hear you in China?" She yelled. He backed away from her balling up his fist.
"Yea I do, because you fucking with a nigga that's going to be in jail for the rest of his life because he's too much of a bitch to get a legitimate job." He said.
"Shut up!" She yelled.
"You know what Addisyn, fuck you, you aint shit. I'm glad this break up is fucking happening. I don't even have time for bitches like you. Only reason why I gave your ass a chance was because I felt sorry for your overweight ass." He said. She looked at him in shock. Did he really just say that? She nodded her head about to walk off.
"And I guarantee that nigga only fucking you because he feel sorry for you too. You aint nothing but a girl who eats her fucking problems away. Glad it's over before you gained another pound." He said and began to walk away.
"We not even fucking. He's just been there for me unlike my so called boyfriend who can't make time for me but every time I turn around you with your boys or something. I'm glad were breaking up because you have called me out of my name one too many times. I hate you Dante." Addisyn said with tears in her eyes. She walked home and ran into her room. She locked the door and cried.

"Addy come on Mom and Dad waiting. Let's go baby girl." She heard her brother say. Tonight her family was going to celebrate her father making Partner at his Law Firm. Addy however, was not in the mood to go
"I'm not going!" She yelled.
"Addy what's wrong? You alright?" Her brother asked.
"NO, just go away." She said.
"Tell me what's wrong!" He said knocking on her door.
"Nothing just leave me by myself."
"Hell no, I'm not leaving you here alone." He said.
"I'm fine Kyle, God just go away." She said.
"I'm telling Des to come check on you." He said.
"No just leave me alone Kyle." She said. He sighed.
"Ce qui s'est passé (what happened)?" He asked in French.
"Je ne veux pas en parler tout simplement me laisser seul et de laisser Desmond de mes problems (I don't want to talk about it just leave Desmond out of my problems)." She said.
"You know what, I'm going with Mom and Dad. I'm calling Desmond like it or not. I'm not leaving you here alone. I got a feeling it had something to do with the little nigga that came around here earlier." He said in English.
"peu importe (whatever)." she said. She heard footsteps walk away. She sighed. She couldn't help but think about the situation over and over again. Dante was so mean. The way he spoke about her and the way he just gave Des the life sentence for being a drug dealer. She knew Dante was wrong about what he said about Desmond but something inside of her made her think he was right.
