Both men were asleep, Seth has wrapped an arm about Dean, and Dean didn't say anything about it, because he just thought that Seth has to feel, that he isn't alone, and by the way, Seth was very comfortable.
That was the reason why Dean always slept with Seth in one bed, and never with Roman.

Seth woke up, because he had to use the bathroom, but he wasn't able to find his crutches. He hesitated, but woke Dean up.
'I'm sorry Dean' Seth mumbled in his ear.
'What's up? Does anything hurt?' He asked worried.
'I can't find my crutches, and I have to use the bathroom.' Seth said helpless.
'Come on, I'll carry you.' Dean said and stood up.
He put one hand under Seth head and one under his legs.
He carried him to the bathroom and put him down in front of the toilet, Seth was able to stand.
Seth didn't move.
'Let's go Rollins. That's not the first time I'll see a cock.' Dean said and chuckled but he looked away, to make Seth less ashamed.
Seth did what he wanted to do. Then Dean carried him back to the bed.
They both laid down and closed their eyes again.

'Are you still awake?' Dean whispered. Seth always heard that question back in the Shield days. Because Dean only needed 4-5 hours sleep, and then he got bored.
'Yes, I can't sleep either.' Seth whispered and turned around to face Dean.
'Do you know what you said when we had breakfast?' Dean asked and Seth had no idea what he meant.
'No, I don't. What was it?' Seth asked back.
'You said that you missed this..' Dean said.
'I missed that too.' He continued.
Seth gave him a small smile.
'And that after you called me scumbag?' Seth chuckled.
'Eh.. who said that?' Dean asked.
'Hunter told me that you asked him 'how's the scumbag?'.' Seth said and laughed.
'I'm sorry Seth, I really am. But you know how I felt about you.. and I think you felt the same way.' Dean said and Seth nodded.
'But that's in the past, and now it's different.' Dean added.
'Yeah it is.' Seth said.
'You know what? This is as like as for a few month.. you wake up, and you can't sleep again. Then you ask me if I'm awake, and if I'm not, you wake me up, and then we just talk. I love this.' Seth said.
'I freaking missed this, Roman always sleeps, and you can't wake him up.' Dean complained.
'Roman sleeps like a rock.' Seth chuckled, followed by Dean.
'Yeah, now something more serious. When is your surgery?' Dean asked.
'In two days.' Seth answered.
'I'll wait for you the whole time, and when you wake up, you'll see this gorgeous face first.' Dean said seriously, and Seth laughed so hard.
'Oh my gosh, you're serious..' Seth said but wasn't able to stop laughed. But then Dean laughed too.
'Maybe a bit too much.' Dean said while laughing.
After they stopped laughing they took some air and started talking again.
'Seth, maybe you should sleep, it's 3 am.' Dean said. Seth nodded and closed his eyes.

Dean pulled out his phone, he looked at the messages.

Roman: Wope you feel better now.

Dean: Why? Because I care about my little brother? You're an asshole.

Dean was angry, Roman always cared about everyone, but Seth was for him just crap.

Renee: Why the fuck aren't you home?

Renee: Why had Roman to say me where you are? And I thought you hate this man.

Renee: You're still not home. Get your ass back right here.

Renee: If you don't come back in the next 3 hours, then it's over.

Dean didn't reply. He had loved Renee, but this feelings were away for a long time.. maybe it's better when she breaks up.

Then he felt an arm and a leg around his waist, Seth.
Dean needed this right now, he needed someone who likes him.
