A Surprise From Seth {62}

'He can't be serious.' Was the sentence Dean got waken up with. But it wasn't meant to wake him up.
Dean slowly opened his eyes and looked over to the clock, 10 am, then to Seth.
He sat stiff in the bed his back resting against the headrest, looking at the TV which was off.
Dean snuggled up to him but Seth didn't lose up. Dean sighed.
'Who can't be serious?' Dean asked a bit annoyed.
'Hunter, Roman, Vince, everyone.' Seth complained.
'I can understand you with Hunter and Roman, but what is wrong with Vince out of a sudden?' Dean asked confused.
'He's WWE's chairman, he must have allowed Hunter to do an unscripted fight. And he can't just do that.' Seth complained still staring on the black TV screen.
'Who was the one who even agreed to all that?' Dean said more in a statement than a question.
'Who's job is on the line?' Seth asked angrily.
Dean groaned and sat up as well.
'I didn't ask you to do that. I said it would have been okay for me if I lost my job.' Dean answered as angry as Seth. He didn't want to get pitied, he never asked for that.
'Fine, you know what? I'll just call Hunter and cancel the fight. Then you can go back to Davenport and be a waiter. And we would see us when I come home, which would be like 14 days a year!' Seth yelled.
Seth's breath was fast, very fast, he only waited to get yelled at, from Dean. But he was wrong.
'You would still be in a relationship with me if I had to be a waiter or anything else that doesn't make good money?' Dean asked calmed down again, and really astounded.
Seth calmed down as well and looked now to Dean, he stared in his eyes, he saw tears in his eyes, but there was also a smile on his face.
Seth returned the smile and his eyes got wet, too.
'Of course.' Seth said and put his hand on Dean's cheek. 'I love you, even if you wouldn't bring any money home I'd still love you. Even if we had to live on the streets I'd still love you.'
Dean put his hand and laid it on top of Seth's.
'I love you, too.' Dean answered after he closed his eyes and relaxed into Seth's touch.
Seth chuckled a bit at the sight.

'You did really good today, I mean look at you. You're standing on your feet, you're breath is normal for that you've just done a workout, and you can talk like a human being.' Seth said patting Dean's shoulder.

They were in the crossfit hall, and Seth even picked a harder workout to do than usual, but Dean was really getting better with those.

'Yeah, I think I could do this more often, but after the fight I'll go back to my workout.' Dean said.
Seth's smile faded away, he really liked doing his workout with Dean together, but this will end soon since tomorrow is the fight.
'Don't be sad, I didn't say I won't do this with you again.' Dean said giving Seth a light squeeze on his shoulder. Seth smiled again, maybe he'll also do one of Dean's workouts with him.

They walked home again and then went showering, separate, because they had to hurry up since they wanted to go out for a date.

After they were ready they walked to Seth's car, Seth drove since it was his idea and he had a little surprise for Dean. Dean had no idea where they were driving to.

'Let me bandage your eyes.' Seth said, Dean looked sceptical, but he trust Seth, Seth trusted him as well when they drove with the Harley.
Seth took one of his bandanas which he didn't wear anymore, the last time he wore one was when he was around 20.
He wrapped the black fabric around Dean's head and made a not too tight knot. Before he leaned back in his seat again he gave Dean a peck on his cheek.
Dean smiled after this and Seth started the car.

They drove for 15 minutes and with every second Dean's excitement grew. Actually he wasn't the one who liked surprises, but Seth was always good with those, best example, the FLSTFI Harley-Davidson.

Dean felt how the car stopped and Seth got out of it. And soon Dean's door opened as well. Seth unplugged his seat belt and then helped him out of the car.
'We have to walk like 5 minutes. I'll lead you the way.' Seth said as he closed the door and locked the car.
Dean made some clumsy steps until he realized that they were walking on sand, but there wasn't a beach near their location.
Then they were finally walking on a hard floor again. And Dean heard water splashing.

Seth opened the knot and the fabric slid down from Dean's eyes. They were on the top of a small rock, and a waterfall splashed down into a little stream.
It was pretty dark since there were many bushes and trees but there were small gasps where the light fell through.

He turned around to see Seth standing in front of a blanket on which stood a cooler with champagne and a plate with fruits.

Dean was overwhelmed and didn't know what to say, so he kissed Seth, anyway actions say more than words or so, right?
Seth pulled away before he could have stepped on the food plate and then he sat down on the blanket followed by Dean.
He took the champagne and plopped it open and filled the two glasses up, then he gave one to Dean.
'To us!' Seth said. 'To the best date ever!' Dean added.
Seth chuckled and they both took a sip.

'Why did you make this all for me?' Dean asked before Seth gave him another grape while Dean lay with his head on Seth's lap
'Because of our conversation in the morning.' Seth answered.
'You didn't have to, really.' Dean said after he swallowed.
'But anyways, I promise you to take you on a date soon, and I think I'll rock this.' Dean said proudly.
Seth chuckled.
'Of course.' He said giving Dean a kiss on his forehead.
He didn't know how great it will be.
