The Test {34}

A few days later

Today was the day where Seth made the test. He was really tensed and worried that he fails the test, and disappoint everyone.
He said nothing about the test to his mom, only Dean knew, but he couldn't come anyway, it was Tuesday before Mania.

Seth went showering and took on a pair black shorts and Dean's red hoody. It was 11 am and the doctor's appointment is at 1 pm. Dean texted him that he will call Seth at 12. Seth didn't eat, he was to worried about the test.
'What if I fail, I'll disappoint myself and I'll disappoint Dean.' He thought. It was huge ballast for him.
He decided to watch TV and to cuddle with Kevin. Kevin was a bit pissed, the last days he didn't get much attention from Seth, Seth was in a kind of depression phase, he didn't get out except for the gym 3 Days a week and to go food shopping.

Then his phone went off. A call from Dean.

Dean: Hey, sorry it's a bit later then excepted.
Seth: No problem. What's up?
Dean: Nothing, just boring stuff. What about you?
Seth: I'm worried because of the test.
Dean: Oh, the test is today? Isn't it just in two days?
Seth: No it is today, but it's okay, anyway I'm alone.
Dean: Actually I wanted to surprise you in two days.. Doesn't your mom come with you?
Seth: To be honest, I didn't inform her that the test is today, you're the only one who knows. You wanted to surprise me? You're so sweet, but I'm kinda glad.
Dean: I know I am. Why do you want to do that alone?
Seth: I don't want to disappoint anyone.
Dean: Even if you don't pass the test, you will never disappoint me. I love you and that won't change anything.
Seth: I love you too. But can I say something?
Dean: Whatever you want darlin'.
Seth: You're a dork for remembering the wrong date. But you're my cute sexy dork.
Dean: I don't care if I'm a dork when I'm your dork.
Seth: I love you.
Dean: I love you too.
Dean: I don't want to hang up, but I have to do something.
Seth: Oka-

Dean was faster with hanging up then Seth with saying goodbye.

'What is that important that he has to do it right know?' Seth asked himself.
He didn't worry anymore about that. He put on his shoes and his jacket. He took his keys and said goodbye to Kevin.
He was just about to open the door when he heard a knock.
'Who knocks only one time?' He mumbled and looked through the spyhole. Whoever stood in front of that door held his finger on it so that Seth wasn't able to see anything. Seth was a bit scared, who wouldn't want that Seth knows who he is before opening the door?
Seth hesitated but then another knock, Seth got curious and opened the door.
He just saw a big flower bouquet.
'Hello?' Seth asked.
'Mister Rollins? These are for you.' The person said, and Seth knew this voice, and before the person knew it Seth jumped in his arms, Seth's legs around his waist.
Seth put the flowers away and looked straight into Dean's eyes.
'Hey.' Dean just said smiling.
'Hey? Just hey?' Seth asked and smashed his lips on Dean's.
'I thought you messed up the dates?' Seth asked.
'I wanted to surprise you, and I needed a bit more time so I just said that.' Dean said smiling.
Seth hugged Dean his head in Dean's neck crotch.
'I missed you.' Seth said and Dean felt the vibration on his neck.
'I feel it, and I missed you too. I couldn't let you go alone.' Dean said.
Seth's smile went away, he was still scared to disappoint Dean.
'And you won't disappoint me, if you don't pass the test then it's okay.' Dean said.
'Hey, don't cry, I can feel it on my skin. It will be okay, no matter what the outcome is.' Dean said and tried to calm Seth down.
'By the way, is that my hoody?' Dean asked and Seth started to laugh.
'Maybe.' Seth answered now looking into Dean's face again.
Dean pecked his lips.
'I love you.' Dean mumbled against Seth's lips.
'I love you too.' Seth answered.
'But now, we have to go to the doctor's, no way out.' Dean said, he pushed his bag in the house and then they made their way to the doctor's office.

'Okay, are you ready?' The doctor said as Seth sat on the chair, his knee on the lever. Seth looked over to Dean and then nodded.
That was the worst pain on earth. Seth did the best he could, he gritted his teeth and pressed his eyes shut. He only focused on his knee.
Dean looked at Seth and he just wanted that it ended right now, Seth looked like he's in the worst pain.
'Three, two, one, okay you're finished.' The doctor said, he looked at the computer where the results stood.
Dean went over to Seth and took his hand and gave him a kiss on his forehead.
'You were really brave.' He said to him.
The doctor turned around and had a I'm sorry look on his face.
'I'm sorry to say it, but you aren't ready now to go back into in ring training.' The doctor said and Seth's world broke down. He didn't pass the test, he disappointed everyone. The fans, his mom, himself, and Dean. He looked up to Dean who smiled, why did he smile?
'I'm still proud of you, you had so much pain and you didn't give up.' Dean said and Seth was kinda glad, Dean would never give up on him.
'You can make the next tests in a few weeks. We will call you.' The doctor said and then they said goodbye.

AN// Surprise!! Dean is there! But he has to leave very soon, cause of Wrestlemania..
And that Seth didn't pass the test was the truth, in real he didn't pass the first test..
