This is probably the second to last chapter which I've written, though I'll try and pull it out a little bit because when I wrote it it was all very rushed!
If you're still here after all this time then well done! I know the story is really long.. It's about 94 pages on word, without the extra parts I added in on this!
Please comment or vote as it's making me very happy seeing everyone enjoying this story! If you want me to write another vampire story I already have one mostly finished so just say!
Thank you again for taking the time to read my work! <3

Zoe tried desperately to control her breathing and her racing heart-beat, to no avail, so that it wasn’t that obvious to know where she was in the house, though she wasn't sure if it would delay them for very long.
She gripped her hair and pushed it over her shoulders, covering her neck with thick dark strands. Hopefully that would help her. It covered the smell slightly. She could hear them, striding slowly up the stairs as if it was their own house, not in much of a hurry at all. They must have known that Sebastian and Inigo had disappeared. It was easy for them. There were so many of them that it was impossible not to find her. It was going to be easy. She was a human after all, not a very dangerous target. They wouldn't even have to break a sweat.
She pushed herself even closer to the wall. Trying to hide a little bit must help; it must buy her time. Standing in the middle of the room would be too simple. Her scent would be all over the room, an advantage in some ways. Grabbing clothes beside her, she threw them in the opposite corner so that at least they wouldn’t see her straight away, hopefully. Was her family safe yet? She wondered whether any vampires had followed them. Had they made it? Who was going to come back for her? Will they come back for her? Would they make it?
As all of these thoughts swirled around her brain, her door creaked and she froze, drawing in breath. Long pale fingers curled around the door and she heard them sniff as her scent drifted to them willingly. She could smell them too, mints, chlorine, chips. The scents together smelt horrible. One vampire walked in, his hair a dazzling white and on it's end. Mints overpowered the other smells and Zoe made the connection. She recognised him from the first day she went to school, the first one to step forwards towards her. He turned to the bundle of clothes first, she was pleased to see.
Zoe held her breath, scared to breathe. She was gone. They were too late. They had reached her before they had been able to save her. More vampires were around the doorway as the white haired mint smelling vampire clawed the clothes away effortlessly. They floated through the air in small clusters.
Her heart beat sped up, no matter how much she tried to control it, scared stiff, and he turned to look straight at her, smiling, his long fangs hanging over his lips. “Why, hello Zoe.” He greeted smoothly, his eyes purple, drifting over her, the white albino eyelashes caging his pupils, making him look terrifying. It made her blush. Zoe swallowed and his eyes widened. “What’s wrong, eh? Scared?” There was a hiss in his voice as he stepped towards her. The other vampires had now entered, standing behind the main one that was talking; he was obviously the boss.
