A few days later, Lucy was finally allowed outside of her cell as was the faun. It was evening and the Grey Lady was at dinner. The two were inside a warmer room. The room was lit with a dull light from a candle chandelier and there was a fire roaring in the room's fireplace. The faun and Lucy had an enchanted chain around their left ankles which was impossible to break. The girls knew this as they had previously tried. The faun was sat by the fire and telling herself stories of the old Narnia. Lucy listened in and asked the young faun on why she was in the cell. "I'm a Narnian, your Majesty. She and the White Witch are too alike. Not just in looks but in ways of hatred too." Lucy nodded slowly and said that she was sorry. The faun smiled and held out her hand. Lucy took it and gave her a reassuring squeeze. "Aslan will help us." She said as she let go of the warm hand. Moving away from the fire, she walked towards an open window and stared out. The full moon illuminated the view and showed a fjord covered in ice and snow. She drew her mind back to when she was first in Narnia. Her attention was caught by the full moon. She smiled sadly at the pale, beautiful moon. She saw how it shone. The stars sparkled around it like millions of diamonds. "Oh Caspian. Where are you?" she whispered carefully so the faun wouldn't hear.

After Edmund recovered from the mist. The three men decided to camp in the wood and continue their search for Lucy in the morning. The campfire crackled and snapped as they lay on the grassy floor. Andrew had been asleep soon after they ate. He was lying with his back to Caspian and Edmund, slightly snoring. "We will find her Ed. I promise." Caspian said as he stared up to the stars. The full moon shone down into the clearing and illuminated everything. From their horses to the shadowy folds of their clothes. Edmund sighed as he turned onto his back. "I hope so." He said worriedly. Despite their tiffs and arguments, Edmund loved his sister more than anything in the world. Edmund rolled over away and was soon fast asleep. "Ed? Ed?" Caspian whispered. But Edmund was out cold. Slightly snoring like Andrew. Caspian chuckled quietly to himself and stared back towards the bright full moon. "Oh Lucy. Where are you?" Caspian sighed softly so the others wouldn't hear. An owl hooted loudly nearby and Caspian yawned. Within a few moments, he fell fast asleep.
