"Edmund! Caspian!" Lucy wept loudly. She had been pounding on the huge, mental bars of a cell with all her might, all the while screaming for her brother and for the king. Sat with her back to the bars, she pulled her knees up to underneath her chin and wept. "Oh Caspian." She wept. About an hour ago, she had opened her eyes to find herself in a icy, cold cell. She couldn't remember how she got to the cell. All she remembered was hitting her head and then blackness. The sheer coldness made her shiver right to the bone. She lifted her head at the sound of footsteps. She saw a very beautiful woman. Dressed from head to toe in charcoal black and dark grey silk. Her eyes were darker than the coat of a raven's, her hair as dark as the midnight sky. Upon her head was a darkened grey tiara which sparkled delicately. "Come child. Do not be afraid." She cooed. Lucy felt tears come to her eyes and stammered, "What do you want from me? How did I get here?" The beautiful woman giggled evilly.
"So many questions, my dear."
"Are you the Grey Lady?" Lucy continued. Then she regretted it. Smack. Raising a hand to her sore cheek, she looked at the woman with slit eyes and gasped from the sharpness and shock. The woman looked coldly down on Lucy and crouched down to her level. "Never call me that. Do you understand me?" she seethed. Lucy remained quiet. "Do you?!" Screamed the woman. Lucy flinched and nodded almost instantly. "Good girl." came the reply, dangerously calm. Lucy's heart rate quickened and her mouth felt dry even though the room was sharp with the coldness. The woman stood up with the help of two very familiar beings. Two very old black dwarfs. They were dressed in black robes with a burgundy belt of leather which carried a knife and ropes. The woman walked towards the door but the turned to face her, "Don't bother trying to get out." Turning back she nodded towards a Minotaur and said loudly, "Lock the gates." Lucy screamed at her calling her a monster and should burn in Hell. "My dear, that speech is not very Queen like." Lucy was taken aback by that comment and trying to hide the fear in her voice, she said, "How do you know me?"
"I know all about you, your brothers, your ever beautiful sister, and of course I know about Caspian. Oh, sweet sweet Caspian. He must be heartbroken not knowing where his Queen is. Oh pity." She pouted, fakeness seeping through her like melting wax. Lucy glared at the woman. Walking out of the room, the Minotaur walked towards the gates and locked them noisily. Lucy shook the gates trying to pry them open. "Shuddup you!" the Minotaur said threateningly, almost pushing Lucy away from him. He had locked the gates.

Once the Minotaur left, Lucy slid her back down the wall until she landed with a small bump. Edmund, where are you? Lucy wept. Why couldn't she remember much? All she remembered was being inside the warm castle of Caspian then nothing. She sat on the floor with her knees up to her chest and sat there, shivering. She suddenly felt a small, rough hand on her knee. Lifting her head with a tear sliding down her cheek. "Don't cry Miss. He will come and save." The owner of the hand said softly.
"You're- you're a faun." Lucy stammered. The faun sat up and nodded. The faun looked very young. Only about fifteen years old. Lucy smiled a thank you and turned to face the gates. "And you're Queen Lucy. My ancestor knew you."
"What was his name?"
"Oh you know that, your Majesty." The faun said smiling. The two then burst into soft laughter. Lucy thought awhile and the faun looked at her and said, "Thinking of getting out? Don't bother, it's more difficult that you think." Lucy looked at the young faun and then back at the gates. I guess I'll have to wait for Edmund and Caspian she thought as she studied the gates.
