Pulling into the drive of Eustace's home, Edmund relaxed and chuckled. He held out his hand to Lucy and squeezed it reassuringly. Lucy smiled. "Say, what so amusing?" Eustace said as they all exited the car and walked up to the front door. Andrew looked at his friend and shook his head. "Oh it's nothing. I just remember from three years ago, when we met Caspian through that painting in the spare room." Edmund chuckled. Opening the front door, Lucy gasped. The memories of going into Narnia were overpowering. Aunt Alberta was out with Uncle Harold in Ely for a few weeks. Eustace took Lucy's belongings and the four walked up the stairs. "Lucy, you're in here again. Ed, you are in my room and Andrew, uhm- you're here." Eustace said pointing to a another room. Pushing open the door, the four looked inside. It was a simple room. A single bed with a few sheets and blankets. A small dresser was underneath a grubby looking window which looked out and over the street below. There was also a wardrobe with a looking glass in the wood. "It's not much, but it's home." Eustace said quickly as he left the room. Lucy whispered to Edmund about how the wardrobe looked very much like the one they had clambered into when they first discovered Narnia. Edmund nodded and agreed.

In her room, Lucy looked about her. The painting was still above the mantelpiece but the ship that once occupied the canvas was no longer there. She smiled sadly at the empty canvas and washed her face in the basin and changed into a ivory coloured dress that Mother had given to her. Leaving the room, she made her way towards Andrew's room. Knocking on the door, Lucy suddenly heard a familiar hushed whisper coming from inside. Pushing the door open, she saw the mirror was showing her reflection but she wasn't in the Scrubb's household. She was in a field. In a very familiar wood. "Edmund!" she called as she turned away from the mirror. Edmund ran into the room and panted. "Edmund, look it's-" she continued turning back to the mirror but this time the mirror was simply showing her reflection in the grubby back bedroom. "Really Lucy? I thought you were hurt." Edmund breathed. Andrew pushed open the door further and looked at the two Pevensies. Edmund laughed it off and together the three exited the room, closing the door on their way out. Click.
